Normally when I’m this overwhelmed by customer service it’s because I am royally P.O.ed! But the attitude, behavior, personality and efficiency of the three young men working tonight impressed me to the point of shock. I got my food, sat down, and watched the interactions with other customers. The manager was very personal in a kind genuine way, like he wants to know the customers and genuinely cares about them. I somehow got the wrong Taco Loco. I wanted ranch but I got Nacho Cheese Doritos. I went to the counter and said normally I wouldn’t say anything about this but I just really don’t enjoy Nacho Cheese Doritos. They were like, «no problem!» They told me to keep the one I had as well.(I ended up composting it because I was telling the truth when I said I don’t like Nacho Cheese Doritos, but…) The fact that they would rather me have the extra one instead of throwing it away is something I appreciate immensely. The replacement came out super quick and with a smile. Excellent! I must admit that this is the most expensive Taco Bell I have ever been to and I almost gave four stars for this but I decided that since the customer service is worth at least 6, I’ll give them a 5.

I visited this location today(July 30, 2015) though the prices are high JAMES the assistant manager helped me out!!! I ordered a T6 it cost 9.99(yikes) and a big box which he made himself!!! Andres, Chris, and Antonio made my experience MUCHBETTER by helping me decide which food i wanted!!! Though the prices are high i totally reccommend THIS taco bell because their customer service is off the wall!!!

It’s Taco Bell. It’s clean, in a good neighborhood, and has Americanized TexMex. No, it’s not El Farlito, but I know that when I walk in.

The store was empty and when I ordered all I asked was no sour cream on any of them. I see him put sour cream on all of them. They put so much in you can’t even taste what little beef they put in. Don’t go here.

Worst fast food in the universe. Crispy chicken was soggy, Mexican pizza was soggy and not thoroughly cooked through. Quesadilla that I asked to be cooked well done was not even melted. This was my second try here as I had a horrible experience here before and thought maybe they’d had a bad day but, sadly, no.

Not sure if this place is more Taco Bell or KFC, but ordered a crunch wrap from the TB menu, and was a big let down. The wrap was stiff/burnt and was missing ingredients(only had lettuce and possibly some cheese). I was probably better off eating cardboard. Never again.

Would only go here for when I have coupons to use! I’ve been there around five times and the same teenage girl has an attitude at the cashier. Always has the expression of «are you ready yet» when there’s no one else in the store. There’s no need for rushing cause after we order she just has that same face as if it bothers her that we’re eating there. Get another job if you don’t like it there geez. Food was good and typically salty like how Taco Bell and kfc is I do like the convenience of Taco Bell and kfc being together but that’s the only plus side! Other workers tend to be a bit nicer but they need to find a new cashier!

This is a great spot when in need of a quick grub. I have a ritual of ordering food from the Taco Bell /KFC menus. Food items are usually freshly prepared and delicious. The two piece chicken strips and crispy potato soft taco the menu items I order the most. Both items are definitely one of my favorite items. This location isn’t too bad so overall, good experience here. — Clean facility(+1) — Good quick service(+1) — Good food(+1) — Friendly staff members(+1) *Self-serve soda fountain *Taco Bell and KFC operates jointly at this location! **A dry cleaner and laundromat next door, if you are hungry while waiting for your laundry load to finish, then Taco Bell and KFC is here for you.

Not that I expect the best service from fast food, but this one is so bad. Never again.

I came in here yesterday afternoon at about a quarter to 4pm and the customer in front of me ordered her food with a drink and I noticed the way she was holding her cup. She had her fingers inside the cup which was weird to me but then she changed her order and gave the cup back. Nothing wrong with changing your order but the cashier then put the cup back on the top of the stack of cups. When I ordered my food the cashier tried to hand me the same cup. I said I’m sorry but that lady had her fingers all on the inside of that cup and I would like a new cup. The cashier rolled her eyes at me then handed me another cup with an attitude. I’m sorry but I don’t know that lady or where her hands have been. That cup should have immediately been tossed in the trash. Just watch out when going to fast food restaurants and this one is actually in a nice neighborhood but you never know if the staff is clean and following hygiene guidelines. I’m glad u was paying attention.

Honestly I’m such a taco bell head that the fact that this location is so close it’s like paradise for me hahaha. The staff here is usually friendly and speedy with service. Now I’m not too sure if it was cause I had a slightly big order or because it was a small rush.(Came in when only two people were already seated and eating, and about 8 people followed behind us) Now every part of my order was made correctly and was great except for one. I had ordered two beef quesaritos and only on came with beef on them. While the other was just rice, sauce, and cheese. It sucks being excited for something new only for it to be made wrong. Mistakes happen I guess, it’s just one uh oh for me. Could’ve had the 5th star but they for got the beef

Went there to try the new Taco Bell breakfast. Not open for breakfast. What is the point of a franchise if individual restaurants are just going to do their own thing?

I go to this location because it’s right by my house. But the people that work here can vary on the type of service you get. When I do go in I usually order from the Taco Bell menu. I like the chalupas. However what annoys me is when I order to go and get home and don’t see what I order that annoys me. My kids enjoy eating their chicken. I have tried it as well and it’s not so bad.

I’m giving this place 4 stars in the context that it’s a Taco Bell. The food tastes like Taco Bell is supposed to taste. The employees are friendly but usually a bit understaffed. The building needs renovation for sure and only use the restroom in an emergency because it is ungodly in there.

Been coming here since I was in grade school, it’s always a lazy don’t feel like driving staple when I visit my buddy Joseph who lives just a few minutes walking distance away. Some of the regular staff are always nice and courteous, the wait sometimes can be horrible, especially in the evening because they’re assembling the KFC dinners and stuff. Also, if it is really busy, make sure to check your order because once I found out they didn’t give me all of my order. Other than some little stuff like that, the fact that sometimes it seems unkempt is because it’s a pretty small establishment with small shift groups that are always busy working hard and of course the obnoxious kids and assholes customers being pigs. P. S. The bathroom outside on the side is shared with the entire shopping square, its atrocious! So, go before you visit the Lakewood Plaza(ladies). Either way, I like this place a lot. It fulfills my craving for Taco Bell ANDKFC in a single order!

I was scared seeing that this was a mixed place of Taco Bell and KFC. When I think of a place like this I think of white trash taking over the whole place ordering like slobs from both menus. It was super clean and surpassed my expectations. Plus it isn’t too far away from where I live and find that if I have any kind of fixin for Taco Bell or KFC, I can just hit this place up real quick and grab what I have been wanting. Too bad they aren’t open late, but the fact there is a Taco Bell near me makes up for the fact they close fairly early.

This is one of my favorite KFC/Taco Bells in San Francisco. They are super friendly, fast, and generous when it comes to chicken! I ordered a five piece chicken strips meal and they must have given me at least 9 pieces. Yum. This place is super close to my house which is also a plus. Yee!

It would be nice to know if at the time of my order of three hot wings that there were none and that I would have to wait 15 – 20 minutes. Now I am sitting here writing this review because I am starved and have not received my order. Fast food eh? Plus the soft tacos went up in price again… *sigh*

Nothing like ringing in your 300th review with a bang, eh? Taco Bell. This is the closest restaurant to where I work, so if I forget to bring lunch, or if the idea of eating textured vegetable protein bits for lunch again fails to inspire me, I can walk a few blocks and get two cheesy bean and rice burritos. They’re OK – nothing fancy. Service is pretty friendly, but the place is really tiny. At least I can get free refills on my drink as long as I’m there. The parking lot is ridiculous though if you’re behind the wheel – they literally have like 3 spaces(which they share with the laundromat next door), unless you want to park in the 7 – 11 part of the lot, which I usually do. You’re never guaranteed a space when you come to this complex though, and I have frequently gone here, found no parking spaces, and promptly left. For a quick lunch on foot though, this place always delivers.
