Rather poor all around — sometimes starving and Kate I pop in — about half the time they get my order wrong — asked for butter and a knife for my biscuit — they don’t have knives? «I can give you an extra sport!» Says the server — uggggg

They close at 10pm on Sunday yet you walk in at 9:15 and tell you they are closed cause they stop making things. I don’t expect much from a Taco Bell… But this is beyond ridiculous

I haven’t had fast food in years and recently stumbled upon this Taco Bell/KFC combo diner. The staff is made up of teenagers, so you get that quality of service. I seen on tv a commercial for the Volcano Quesarito and thought it would be spicy and hot. It really wasn’t, but it was ok to eat. Funny thing about this place: it’s a contender for my $ because the other restaurants in this neighborhood also offer average(at best) service with mediocre/bland food offerings.

It was a very bad experience bad service bad food even mess up my order I order for chicken they gave me beef. When I went back they trying to say its my fault even I told the guy three time I do not want a beef I want a chicken. Even that guy who took my order saying its our mistake. But the lady who was serving the food she saying no its not and give me a lot of attitude. Don’t know what her was deal

Anyone who can give Taco Bell less than five stars has clearly never been. Crunchwrap supreme. Enough said.

As a Taco Bell it’s almost impossible to get a 1 star(bc it’s clearly the best in the world and the bar of expectation is low) but this t bell will break your heart every time!!! Opening and closing hours are negotiable and the staff is as literally incompetent… On the other hand, they do take food stamps and it’s great homeless people watching!

Hello people of Unilocal I actually work at the kfc tacobell on lombard and Fillmore and like to say if u have to handle the condition smelly homeless in this so called rich area u would be like us to we try to be cheerful but it’s hard to do so with all the stuff that goes on there like our bathroom they are for public use and it’s hard to keep clean no matter how hard we try because we have no idea who gose in there. Until some bring it to our attention that some did something unspeakable in there. I find all ur reviews quit funny as well I just love reading them. Also let me give u all some advice lunch rush is normally at 12 pm the reason why we close early is that it’s really slow and believe no one else is coming also our hours are now 10 – 10 on weekdays and weekend at10−11pm also we stop cooking chink around 8−9pm for Any kfc people out there also close down the restroom to clean also don’t put chaired down when they are up a good portion of us do not live near that place and would love to get home before 1 am in the morning and just because tacobell is part of the sign does not mean we serve the tacobell breakfast or open 24⁄7. One more thing. Oh and I more thing we now like any other kfc/tacobell in the city or are still the latest one open in all of the city. So keep on writing those review I will keep on reading them.

Went into Taco Bell today, not the norm for me. Fast food will always be as good as its name. But I received exceptional service from Luis-the guy who was putting the orders together. He was quick and efficient, and just emanated fun and laughter with the customers. I wish more people were like him. It’s refreshing! And the day before Christmas, which I’m sure he wouldn’t want to be working Christmas Eve. I was thoroughly impressed.

Could have saved myself if I checked Unilocal first, no wonder my experience was so bad, this location averages 2 stars. Got my order wrong, food was cold, tasted awful and they didn’t give me a lid for the soda but I was in such a rush, I let it go instead of taking it as a sign. No drive thru I think this is the only Taco Bell, let alone in a city that I’ve seen which closes at 11 p.m. on weekends and 10 p.m. weekdays Parking is non-existent It’s co-located with a KFC

I know one should keep expectations low for fast food joint but this is definitely the worst Taco Bell ever. I live next door and know full well that it runs like a lord of the flies. I feel like if corporate knew that they close early(ex, if the sign says 11pm it may be closed at 10:15PM randomly), almost everyone that works there wishes they weren’t and they make it clear, or just the general food quality was lacking, they’d shut it down. C’mon Taco Bell — check up on a store once in a while.

Great customer service, but after eating four soft tacos and three bean burritos, not all in one sitting, i’m not a pig, i couldn’t stop pooping the next day. Great customer service tho. Two stars for that!

I had a craving for Taco Bell and saw this location in the marina district. What complete shit!!! This location is. The employees don’t give two shits about anything. The place reeks of homeless. And I felt like I needed to carry a tazer on me at all time there. This Taco Bell literally made me not wanna ever step foot in another Taco Bell again. Shame on you Taco Bell for having such a shit place in a very wealthy neighborhood.

Stopped through here after seeing the Golden Gate Bridge with my family. Location has no parking lot, only metered parking on street, not a drive thru, and dirty. It is combined with a KFC menu. The woman’s bathroom«occupied» door sign was broken and always shows occupied even if no one inside. Staff was friendly and knew both menu’s very well. First time at a KFC that ran out of honey at some point. Seemed like a small operation with 1 making food, 1 cashier, and 1 trainee learning the cashier job. With 2 people in front of us, wait was about 10min to get food.

I’ve been to tens, maybe hundreds of taco bells, and this is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. I would rather drive 10 minutes farther to the Taco Bell on Geary and Steiner than to go to this one. This is also a KFC co-op, and during my one and only visit, one of the employees was in a screaming match with some drunk customers, and ultimately threw some eaten chicken bones at them. As you could imagine, this didn’t go over well with the drunkards and a fight predictably broke out outside the restaurant. That’s not the reason why it’s getting one star. This taco bell gets a one star because the chalupa sucked. Will never go back.

Service was good and friendly here and prices were of course super low — making it super cheap to fill up here. But my 2 Dorito Tacos, which unfortunately I seem to have gotten hooked on– and I don’t even normally eat meat — did not taste at all fresh and did not taste at all as good as at other Taco Bells. Still, it was tastier than a taco I got at a restaurant down the street which cost double the price.

I am so happy to have a taco bell so close to home. This one is fairly standard. But they employees’ moods are fairly up and down. Just pray that you get them on a good day. Also sometimes there are some sketchy looking patrons, but really it’s not that bad. I love tb!

my mother raised me on taco bell, a small reason being she was a working woman with little time to cook, and the real reason being i was a fat kid who refused to eat my vegetables and my mother feared the legal ramifications should she let me starve. i’ve since grown to my senses(ok, again, real reason: taco bell makes adult-me sick) but every so often the urges are too strong. this location, with its KFC/Taco bell combination was all the more enticing. the staff here were polite and accommodating. the food is your standard TB/KFC fare — though I will note the KFC tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day, maybe all week. i’ll return for the alarmingly delicious dorito tacos but skip the chicken next time! p. s. it seems many of you folks give in to your taco cravings because there was a consistent line during the sunday evening i was there and yes, there is a parking lot.

My first time going to a Taco Bell in probably 15 years… now I know why I don’t usually have fast food… it wasn’t very good at all… even a bad taqueria would have been better than this. I’m sure there are people who swear by this place as having good fast food, but I just don’t think I can appreciate it.

The worst Taco Bell in San Francisco, and likely the worst on the planet. I’ve been to whorehouses in Mexico that were cleaner. The last several times I stopped by, some dickhead vagrant was standing next to the register hitting people up for change. Ironically, one of the greatest Taco Bells on the planet is just a few miles to our south, in Pacifica, overlooking the ocean. Perhaps homeless dude and I will hitch a ride down there…

I live and breathe Taco Bell and I never thought I’d ever complain about it no matter how much I immediately regret eating the grade D meat that makes me stay in bed all day afterwards. However, this place SUCKED. and that is as simply as I can put it. First off, the cashier did not understand any of our order and took a good five minutes and kept messing it up and didn’t know how to use the cash register. SERIOUSLY?! Also, this really ticked me off — I get the frutista for the fruit composte and she failed to tell me they were out so we got it just plain and it wasn’t even filled to the top. Second, it took about 30 minutes for our 3 cantina tacos, a mexican pizza, a chalupa, 5 chicken wings, and a frutista. SERIOUSLY?! ANDDD when I went to pick up our order, they forgot the 5 chicken wings, and I’m pretty sure that they’re pre made and just in the heated area that is visible from the front counter. When I informed him that we had chicken wings, he took another good 5 minutes to just put them in the box. On to the food — the Mexican pizza was the nastiest, ugliest Mexican pizza I’ve eaten. I’m not going to lie, Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure, I don’t know why I love it so much but I can eat it everyday. It looked like a Mexican pizza that someone ate and just left over. Now, I don’t mean to be so picky about some cheap fast food — but I was SOOO disappointed. The cantina tacos were missing ingredients in it cause all there was was meat. I also ordered two chicken and one steak and they gave me a carnitas one. Being the first time I tried it, I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to come with other condiments but I’m pretty sure there is supposed to be onions and salsa in it BUTTT there wasn’t. I didn’t even bother with the frutista after my first sip. Enough said. I’ve never been disappointed by Taco Bell because it is my true love in guilty pleasure food but three days ago — my heart was ripped out and stomped on by this Taco Bell.
