The Art of Cleaning

The Art of Cleaning service did a bad job. They smeared oil on tables that left them look greasy and the oil covered over dried on food. The oil splashed on leather furniture leaving it spotted. The wicker dining chairs could be turned upside down and dirt, crumbs and food would fall out leaving a visible pile on the floor. The white curtains had visible hand prints. The windows were streaked. They did laundry and I watched as they crammed all the bedding (two sets of queen size bed sheets, 6 — 8 pillowcases, mattress pads, etc.) into the normal size washer at one time in one huge load put it on quick wash. The washer could not handle that huge load and ran and ran and ran. The wet laundry had to be hauled out of the machine and taken elsewhere. When the cleaners left the back door was sitting wide open.
One good thing: They did a nice job cleaning the pots and pans, they took them away and brought them back clean and nice.
