Our work focuses on making a company’s entire human resources a profit center through our one-​day culture shift and building the capacities of individuals to understand others through our communication and leadership seminars. We are known for our ability to diagnose and bring forward hidden issues that prevent individuals and groups from moving towards and achieving their goals and presenting them in such a way that individuals are energized to contribute to the resolution of those issues.

As the founder, my personal practice focuses on individuals who can see they are stopped somehow in their lives from getting what they want and moving them past those hurdles. I believe that anything we want in our lives is possible through our communication with others and our ability to relate to one another.

History

Established in 2001.

The founding idea was to provide executives with simple communication tools that make large scale results in the way the company approaches their market (ie: by empowering every employee to be a profit source through innovative means unique to only the company.) and unique decision-​making tools. The company was based originally in Vancouver, Canada and has now expanded to the United States.

Business Owner

I am fascinated with the human brain & how it affects the results of our communication. It always surprises me how the people in our lives reflect what has been either given to us through our genetic soup of our brain, or are as a result of their past remembered experience, which result in the behaviors we are privileged to be a witness to.

I love to see how small little adjustments to a person’s thinking create wondrous results in that person’s life and how it spills over to the people around them. So I guess, I love being a catalyst for innovation. I’ve had the privilege of doing this work with individuals through coaching & in groups through speaking and consulting with companies of varying size.

Professionally, I am an NLP practitioner & Corporate Culturist. I bring over 20 yrs of experience in organizational development, seminars and training, leadership, & marketing with my work with 1000s of individuals, executives, teams and organizations for both corporate & gov’t.
