Established in 1993.

This business was founded by Timothy Gomes, Esq. s and has been engaged in criminal defense over the last 20 years. First as a member of the Alameda Co. Criminal Panel and then in private practice. I have extensive experience in serious DUI Cases involving Felony Charges and serious Criminal Cases. I also do personal injury and my criminal domestic violence defense experience lead me into Family Law Cases involving custody. Knowing both sides gives one an advantage.
