At Triptych Strength, we believe that a person’s health and well being are that piece of art, and it consists of three aspects; Strength, Conditioning, Nutrition. By focusing on these, we give people the power to bring them together into one masterpiece.

Tarquin T.

Business Owner

Tarquin has been involved in athletics in one respect or another since his first tennis lesson at the age of 6. He continued in that sport, competing in tournaments through grade school. At 12 years old, he switched to fencing, which he pursued for the next 10 years, ranking in the Top 5 nationally in the under 14 age group, and in the Top 20 throughout his teens. During these early years, Tarquin began fencing instruction for people of all ages and athletic capabilities. Tarquin first entered a gym in college and experienced the excitement and fulfillment that comes with weight training: He worked in New York City under some of the best trainers in the nation before joining 24HourFitness where he became a Master Trainer servicing over 5,000 sessions. Sharing his passion for Triptych Strength (strength, conditioning and nutrition) has been a long time goal for Tarquin.
