Twig is a wonderful shop with lots of great items for home and gift … Keith could not be more kind and helpful in selections and service. Really a great gem of a shop in a world of sameness. THANK YOU KEITH!!!

Initially, I was very excited about wandering into this place, as I am on the lookout for gifts for my MIL. However, the store manager/​owner never even acknowledged my presence and acted as if I was intruding on his «private time». He was watching Youtube videos and literally glaring at me as I perused the picture frame selection. The selection looks promising at first, but when you actually look at individual pieces it’s very stale and unappealing.
Oh and charging $ 50 for a Nicole Miller frame is a complete rip off – you can get the same frame for $ 12 at TJ Maxx. Everything is marked up like 300% and I am not going to give money to someone who clearly has no interest customer service. Very disappointed and will NOT return.
