Yucatan to be more precise. cheap, not so fast, but very yummy! My co-workers had been tormenting with this stuff for awhile now. Seems like everything is $ 2 a pop. I got a empanada with beef, which had a tomato purée on top; and a black bean filled panucho with shredded chicken and a variety of shredded veggies on top. tasty goodness. They included a small amount of very spicy tapatio sauce. So tasty, but why do i have heartburn? I’m thinking the oil wasn’t hot enough this time. I will continue to test them for you all! And this seems like a good time to practice my spanish, which has been quickly dribbling out of my ear. Not sure of their hours, but they are definitely open for lunch Monday through Friday! (this was previously the ellis café for cheap ass greasy spoon diner food. Mama-san quit –most likely because everyone called her mama-san; but she sure was mean and rude!)
