No hours on your Unilocal page? i tried going through the us bank website to find hours, too. This is on par with most of my us bank experiences. Just difficult. Not horrible, but difficult.
Also: I’m switching to SF Fire Credit union. They refund my ATM fees and don’t charge me $.50 per check I deposit via the app.

Overall I have found that their customer service is terrible, and they make it really hard for you to access your money (although it is easy enough if you need less than $ 500).
I spoke with USBank to increase my daily atm cash withdrawal limit. They will not increase it. So basically, they will not let me access my money. What is the point of having a bank account if you can’t even access the cash you own? In contrast, it only took a 5 minute phone call in increase my limit with a bank account at another bank.
They also have ridiculously high charges for withdrawing money from an international ATM.
If you want to transfer money to another account, they cap it at $ 1,000 per day /​$ 4,000 per month, and charge you a fee to do this. I’m not aware of any other bank that charges you to transfer money between united states bank accounts.
I recently called customer service, and their system said their call volume is so high, that I can’t even wait in line on the phone.

Run, don’t walk, to this branch of US Bank and open an account immediately! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they will go the extra mile to resolve any problems for you. They also have some of the best credit card deals around. I signed up for a travel awards credit card, and after two months, I received 35,000 bonus points, which is enough for a roundtrip + a one way airline ticket on any airline. Woohoo! They also offer great deals on mortgage loans, with some of the lowest interest rates on a 30-​year home loan. And amazing online banking as well. I’m never leaving!

This is banking at its best! All the conveniences of modern banking (online banking, mobile apps, etc) plus the personal attention and service of, «the olden days». Ray is very professional and truly takes the time to understand the customers’ individuals needs. The staff is very friendly and, «on their game». It doesn’t get any better! I highly recommend USBank in the financial district.
