Attendants are rude. He told me my car is a piece of sh*t today.
Also, always ask for a receipt when paying with cash, because they pocket your money.

WARNING: NEVER LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE unless you enjoy verbal abuse in the form of profanities, even after you paid.
I would give this place –100 000 000 stars if I could. I have never EVER EVER in my entire LIFE been cussed out with this kind of foul language and verbal abuse. I am shaking as I write this; I wish there were some sort of legal action I could take for the profane tirade I had to endure in order to get my car out of this lot.
When I dropped my car off, I thought that I would be finished by 5pm and told the attendant so. When I came to pick up my car at 4pm, the attendant went to look for my car and couldn’t find it after 10 minutes of walking around. I then remembered I said I would pick up my car at 5pm and told the attendant so, and you would have thought I committed the biggest offense known to man. I got an «f you man» hurled at me multiple times. I got some more profanities that I won’t name. All for what? I apologized and said I was sorry that my meetings ended early and I came to pick up my car earlier than I expected. Is that really a good cause to VERBALLY ABUSE a paying customer? I already paid the $ 17 fee, I should mention, and had cash in hand to tip.
All told, it took 28 minutes to find my car. I was visibly shaken /​shaking, and have never felt that bewildered nor upset at a service interaction. I felt like less than a human, like some sort of punching bag for the attendant to get out his rage.
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOT.

I’ve used this lot a number of times and always had a good experience overall. The only negatives I’ve had are that they sometimes fill up, and they raised their prices when a nearby lot closed.
