My family owns a flower shop. We figured that we need to upgrade our business by creating a custom website for customers to be able to place order online. I contacted one of their employee who was coming by the street to drop off business cards a year earlier to say that I was interested. After the demo I decided to sign the contract with him. When he came for the demo i told him everything I needed and even showed him examples from other websites I had seen. He told me that he can do everything for me and gave me the price for it and we both agreed and signed the contract right there. In the contract he stated that it would take about 4 months or less to create my website. Well after 3 months he told me that they were having problems and that they needed to charge me more for something else. I told him that according to the contract he told me in the beginning that he could do all that I asked for the same price. So he agreed. Then, after 6 months of it not being done I had to keep asking him when my website would be done. it took about almost a year for my website to be done. Between that time they kept trying to charge me for more things. I told them that I would not be paying anything extra since I had already asked for everything in the beginning and that they already agreed to the contract price, and also because they had delayed finishing my website by another 6 months or more. Well my website has been done for almost a year now. But they just kind of threw the website at me with no formal instructions on how to really use it or fix it if I needed to change things. I try to call and email them but no response. I think they are very unprofessional. I paid about $ 6000 for the website and now I have no idea really on how to fix it. I emailed them saying I am willing to pay for a maintenance fee to keep it updated when I need but no one email me back. I’m not sure if they’re still in business or not but with the lack of response to phone calls and email, I suggest that you should be very careful before committing to them.

I have built 3 websites and have had about 6 or 7 updates or revisions. Verecom is absolutely excellent. My main contact is Michael and I consider him a friend and this point. It has been about 5 or 6 years that we have talked and worked on a new project of mine. They always give me a very fair price and are so attentive to changes I need. Hosea was my project manager this time. Hosea and the Web developer were absolutely amazing. They made every idea I had a reality. I will be working on an app now and Hosea will be my guy. I am very excited and I could honestly say go make your dream a reality with these guys.

Vercom was very professional and prompt. They helped me with a website redesign and were fast, friendly, and quick to finish the job with my specifications. I would recommend them to any friend or client. I think this is a great service for the price and would be happy to work with them again :)

Great job, Verecom! They designed a web site with a look and feel that matched the branding of my product, and added some pizzazz too. Very responsive to all my requested modifications to the design and content. They use the WordPress CMS to house your site, so you’ll be able to make changes yourself if you want to. They even teach you how to use the CMS in the bargain. Very happy with the results and with their quick turnaround.

Verecom is truly exceptional! Grant has been very helpful and accommodating to what I needed for my website. I highly recommend Verecom, and I definitely will be using this service again. Words cannot explain how appreciative I am.

I employed Grant to launch my site, fix some bugs, and add some functionality. He launched my site and fixed my checkout page that was not redirecting to the payment gateway. Did a great job doing that… but I also needed my forms to be fixed because they were not working, he passed that onto his development team and 2 whole weeks later the problm was still not fixed. I did some research and found the issue and fixed the problem myself after 2 hours… and he still charged me for it! Also, he told me it took him 7 hours to launch a simple wordress site and change only 22 links… wow, does it really take 7 hrs to launch a site and copy and paste a few links? No, it doesn’t… but I was charged for it none the less. In addition, I came to learn that his development team was not even working on the relevant issue at hand, but some totally different and wrong section of my site. The functionality I requested was, apparantly, too hard, and was going to take an additional 21 hours at $ 70 per hour to create, and presumably another 2 weeks to complete. I parted ways with verecom and grant after that and hired a programmer who fixed all issues and added all my requested functionalities within 5 days for $ 750. I requested a portion of my money back from Grant and he insisted that he fixed all 4 tasks that were requested by me… I found them to be unethical and I was litterally paying for them to research and learn the issues instead of fixing them.

Designed our website exactly to our liking. Showed us how to run the site and helped us whenever we had questions, or wanted things added afterwards. Grant also responds to your emails very quickly at most hours of the day. Premium quality service without a premium price. Just can not say enough.

Verecom completed two projects for me prior to the given deadline: a blog using wordpress and converted a designed photoshop website into html. Grant was extremely responsive with any requests or changes I needed to have done. I would feel very confident using their services again.

They design my website in 10 days. Just for $ 1400. Ask for Grant Wu. He was my Project Manager. That guy is cool he will make you comfortable. He calls and emails me every day to tell me what they did that day. For me that is a big plus. What I like the most in Verecon it they are young and they know what is good for new generation.

I worked with Grant who did a great job converting two of my websites to wordpress. He maintained excellent communication with me through the process and patiently taught me how to do my updates, make changes, and even taught me some basic html code to change my templates.
Their price was AWESOME
