Verizon Wireless Network

So so service… no direct customer service… one notch above cable company… do not stand behind products and only post positive reviews on their on web site. Why pay high price for this?

No wonder a class action suit was filed against them for their shady actions. I was billed and funds were withdrawn from my account three times in one month. The same month, they had the nerve to turn off my daughter ‘s phone (who was on my account) for overage when they had been paid in triplicate ! I will be adding my name to that class action suit !

I have been with Verizon wireless for more than ten years. About a year ago, they stopped providing detail in billing in favor of a summary. Now, users must pay a fee for the detailed summary, including overage charges.
They stopped giving phones away with a contract renewal, so I have a phone that is six years old, and I cannot buy one on the open market, only from a Verizon update contract for twenty four months. I have a phone that is six years old.
I was hit with a $ 400 overage bill, with no detail. Then, out of the blue, they turned off my outgoing message, when I left a message directing callers to my new number with another provider.
I left ATT ten years ago for a bad network, and less customer service. I would recommend people to think twice before signing up for Verizon.
