W-K Market had groceries, snacks, all neatly organized, sodas, beers, mostly priced. long aisles, just 2 lanes. narrow store. showed clerk my burrito bag as i entered. asked?: «did i need to check it in?» «no» he responded. i proceeded to peruse the spirits. in and out in minutes.(most times beat the meter). brew: «devil canyon brewing»: «full boar scotch ale»;(5.99), 7.4% –to be consumed soon, san carlos based –fyi, believe an OTG evening event hosted here. –bewmo price the same on draught: –interesting spirits offered, all priced. –not large selection of brews 3.5 stars

For what it’s worth, W-K does generally seem to have the lowest booze prices of any bodega on this stretch of 24th. Several mostly drinkable sub-$ 5 wine options(better than showing up with a bottle of Chuck), $ 4 André(good for mimosas), and there’s usually some decent liquor special.
