Wagfield’s training curriculum was designed and created by Lisa Gunter, MA, CBCC-​KA, CPDT-​KA. Lisa has nearly a decade of experience training dogs and working in shelters and is now pursuing her PhD in canine cognition and behavior.

The health vertical, led by Dr. Jeannine Berger, DVM, DACVB, DACAW, CAWA, is focused on delivering must-​have health information and bridging the gap often found between trainers and veterinarians.

Lisa is a certified dog training expert (CBCC-​KA, CPDT-​KA) and in addition to her role at Wagfield, she is pushing the dog science envelope even further, pursuing a PhD in canine cognition and behavior. Lisa is excited to bring her best-​in-​class training expertise and cutting edge scientific approach to Wagfield so that everyone who gets a dog can access great training programs and set their dog up for a lifetime of happiness.
