Wells Fargo Bank

Freaking slow customer service every time when I come here, it’s afternoon, passed lunch break and after 2pm, not a rash hour. There were three people behind the counter and open two windows, they chat with customers at windows for forever while rest of us more than 4 people have been waiting in line over nearly 10 minutes!
There’s a very big difference between being friendly/​showing care for customers, and just can’t see time management.

This is my bank. I go out money in and take money out with no problem. They handle my money well here. They just don’t seem able to hold on to. a lot of staff. Anyways new faces here. The atm is readily available. The parking for the bank is a bit compacted but still doable. Good service and quick in and quick out. No. waiting in line for long periods of time.

Service not so great. Wanted to cash a check and they wouldn’t cash it even though the check was from there.

This is the only store I use since moved to SF.
I trust Scott whom always takes our welfare first.

I recently had a negative experience at this branch.
I went to a teller and asked to transfer some money from my savings account to my checking account. I asked her if there would be a fee associated with this. She wasn’t sure and recommended that I see a «banker.» I was sent to a banker on the main floor. I explained what I wanted to do, and he asked, «do you have an online account… you can take care of it there.» I explained that I do not, and I would like him to take of the transfer for me. He said, «Why don’t you open an online account, then you can do the transfer yourself?» I told him that I do not want to… and I would like him to take care of the transfer. He said I would need to see a teller to do this. I told him that the teller just told me to see him. He said that he can not make the transfer. So, I walk back up to a teller. She was standing next to the first teller that I saw. Teller #2 asked me, «What can I do for you?» i asked her to have teller #1 explain what needed to be done. Teller #1 then decides to take a break and walks away. So, I explained the whole thing to teller #2…and she makes the transfer in 30 seconds.
Nobody…neither the banker nor the teller… was apologetic or gracious. They just acted like it was my problem and they couldn’t be bothered.
What a bunch of lazy people! Very sad.

I had a very negative experience with that branch. I was charged with fees unfairly and tried to resolve the problem with a personal banker — unsuccessfully. Then I was directed to talk about the problem with a manager, Ms. Cassandra Vincent.
I talked with Cassandra Vincent by phone only (415−242−0231.) Immediately she took in a rather aggressive, accusing tone and seemed to be difficult come across. The amount in question was $ 133, a number of monthly fees charged on my account. Finally, the bank did not refund those fees. But even more astonishing was the experience with Cassandra Vincent and her way of communicating with customers.
I do not recommend Wells Fargo bank, in general, to anyone. Instead I recommend switching to your local credit union (which I did).

although not too much line here, the bankers in this office are not too knowledgeable with their products, seems like they have newer bankers here who do not know what to do. I’ve encountered many issues here which never experienced in any other branch.
I love wells, but this is a very disappointing branch. although service is friendly, but they cannot get requests done properly. its more they cannot do, than can do actions. I will not come into this branch ever, a total waste of time. They should really close this branch if they do not know what they are doing.
this branch does not have business banker, loan agent or any quality bankers. Sorry.
West Portal or the one near Stonestown are much better.

My FAVORITE Wells Fargo!
Theres a parking lot, which is wonderful because we all know that meters in SF are beyond ridiculous. The staff here is so friendly, and they always have smiles on their faces. I feel so welcomed every single time I’m here. The teller I usually go to is Michele, and she knows me by my first name ;)
My banker is GREAT. His name is Nik, and he’s suuuper nice and helpful. Whenever I’m having issues with my account, I go to Nik and he resolves everything quickly and it’s always a pleasant experience.
I wish they had some safe deposit boxes left… :(

Nice spot for a Wells Fargo Bank here at Lakeshore Plaza Shopping Center.
The staff were friendly so if I ever need to break apart a $ 5, $ 10, $ 20, $ 50 or $ 100 bill, I’ll be coming in here when I am at Lakeshore Plaza. In addition to this Wells Fargo, there is a Bank of America in-​store branch right inside Lucky Supermarket.
The staff here are excellent!
If anyone is a Wells Fargo customer looking for WFB during your visit at Lakeshore Plaza, then I’d highly recommend coming in here.
Banks, Grocery Stores/​Supermarkets, Clothing/​Retail Stores, Coffee Shop, Ice Cream/​Frozen Yogurt Shop, Sandwich Shop and other dining establishments along side with an on-​site USPS office, UPS Store & FedEx Office, Lakeshore Plaza Shopping Center is a practically a one stop shop for anyone!

lots of parking, this place is right there but some people don’t notice it, they are right across from petco.
okay, i would give them 5 stars. This place used to be Wachovia. The people here are STILL THE BEST overall.
The bank has good to decent rates. Starting with Good. They have very experienced and helpful and courteous employees.
My one little irk i had with the place? When the person who was helping us decided to introduce us to the new bank manager… the new bank manager either was having a hard day… or she just didn’t seem to be thrilled or even glad to meet us.
sure, we’re no one special but its important and nice to feel that we’re wanted. I bet if she knew the kind of money we were working with made a differenc… OH IT DID! She perked up when she saw the account.
Don’t judge the book by its cover… rich people have money because they don’t flaunt it. Flaunters, end up broke.

Can I just say this branch has the friendliest employees?! Ive been to many branches, but I could tell the manager Danielle & the employee Melissa helped me to correct a messy error Westlake had done. And theyre really fast too.

I transfered my checking, and savings account to this branch from my Laguna branch. Matthew helped me and was a pure delighful baker. He was more than couteous and makes wells fargo the bank to keep your money at. I called him after the accounts were open with a problem and he took it over as if it was his problem to fix. I just love this branch as every time I go in I am welcomed and asked what my needs are the minute I get in line. This is a bank that custmer service is it’s number one task.
