I just had a wonderful experience I wanted to share. We needed a glass top for a house window in san bruno and I phoned west Bay glass cause I knew the owner peter. Because it was after business hours, I left a message. I received a call the first thing the next day from peter he will come and have a look at it. he showed on time answered all my questions, took necessary details, quoted me a very good price and took my order. I couldn’t be more happy with the TOP BRAND WINDOW as well as their pricing and great customer service. This is the type of company I like to do business with: with a desire to provide the best product possible in a prompt and courteous manner. These days, such exceptional service and workmanship is hard to come by. I’ll soon be contacting them for additional work we need to have done. Thanks,

This guy is a rip-​off. He GROSSLY overcharges and demands immediate payment before you can think twice about it. Yes, he is available 24 hours, but he will charge you 3 times what another reputable glass company will charge. Skip this clown and wait for a call back from another company would be my advice!

These guys overcharged me by $ 300! It is best to do your shopping when looking for glass or plastic installation. However, they were on time and reliable.
