Will Leather Goods

So sad to say the Will in SF is not as friendly as the Will in Portland. Yes, I was making a return which is unfortunate/​awkward enough but one of the sales people literally asked «what were your intentions?» as though I purchased under false pretenses. She rolled her eyes and walked away after I commented that I didn’t realize I would get so many questions. I simply found another bag that better suited my needs at a lesser cost. I shouldn’t have to seek her approval of the return if it was within the allotted policy window of time. I would totally give four stars for the sales person behind the register. I believe she was the MOD and tried to lighten the mood. Whether or not she got on the other associates judgement train after I left is not really an issue for me. She was professional and kind while I was there and that’s good enough for me. Unfortunately, due to the rudeness of the one associate who was judgmental and dismissive, I’ll likely save my visits to Will stores elsewhere so I’m not uncomfortable when I shop. Very much love the product and the staff at both Portland stores I’ve visited!

Incredibly beautiful and extensive selection of leather goods including gorgeous bags, wallets, purses, belts, hats and many other accessories. I particularly love the store because it shares my name ‘WILL’! The staff are incredible and they have an espresso bar, along with delicious dark chocolate squares! There is a sign with a claim ‘coffee just as strong as our leather’ and that’s no joke! It’s awesome to have this great store join Hayes street!
