With Style

I promised it would be quick. After all, T just picked up a couple of LPs next door and it’s my turn. Plus the coffee was finally waking me up after a very busy early morning of work, followed by a short nap before I was up for good. You know one of those weekend days where you simply just need some sort of distraction to take you out of work mode. Shopping does that for me. Specifically, clothes shopping. I had a box of croissants from this cute French bakery just a few doors down, and the lady in the shop who was wearing a pair of very cute round black framed glasses made me feel this store has a sense of style. All the right signs drew me in. She told me that she loved the same bakery as well, and had just sent her husband to buy a box herself this morning.
I brought two pieces to the dressing room. First one fit me well and I tossed it to the counter. «I’ll take this, «I said, then I handed her my credit card.
Tried the second piece. Not exactly an office type of dress but it came with thick fabrics and really neat stitching, with a side zipper, very one of a kind of feel. Flattering, indeed; just need to not mistakenly put it in the work clothes pile as one should never ever wear dresses that showcased cleavage to work. Still, decided for it. Good for ladies who lunch or jazz club outing.
One rack has a lot of pastel colors shirts. Reminds me of Tokyo.
The owner told me that they’ve been here for 8 years, Store is a bit more French if you ask me.
Owner has good taste. The selection of clothes is classic, stylish, with the occasional fashion forwardness thrown in. Sizes tend to be on the larger side but still, it carried petite sizes that matched my needs.
Medium priced range with unusual brands.
Clothes in this store tend to make you look prettier than before, so it’s dangerous if you are bringing a male companion here, because they’d want you to buy them all after you try them on. But… women of a certain age ought to acquire beautiful things without hesitation.
On second thought, do bring your biggest fans here.

The owner/​sales person always greet me with a smile when I come in. She is always helpful and patient. She even gave me complimentary gift when I purchased multiple pieces. My shopping experience has always been pleasant.

It’s my neighbor cute little shop, love to see the window display. I’m not a big shopper but like to see a unique accessories.. You should check that place.

The rating is because I walked past this store a bit ago, admired the window display and then tried to go in to shop but they were closed. Look for the hours… not posted.
Their site says store hours are Mon-​Sat 11 – 6 but I just walked past at 11:30 (Tuesday) and the closed sign was out. I’ve actually tried to shop here a number of times but there was a «closed» sign out every time. I don’t understand why this store isn’t open more?

Treasures — as simple as that. Chosen wisely and well each piece for adult, baby and child is a piece of art. Yes, it is expensive — but sometimes that special one-​of-​a kind gift is exactly what you need. The baby section is divine.

i don’t know what the first reviewer is talking about. this is not a vintage store. and the second reviewer failed to mention all of the amazing women’s clothes– at least, i think they are women’s clothes, but then again, i am not your average sized woman, and they could very well be aimed at young girls in the 10 to 12 range. that being said, i have only browsed the racks of this store one day whilst walking by and i have to say, that i wanted A LOT of the stuff and had never heard of the designers. the pieces are very unique and have an aesthetic that i really like, i only wish that i could afford to spend $ 80 on a sweatshirt frock. alas, someday… i want this place to stay in business so that my dream of dressing like a little japanese girl can come true!

This store is certainly one the gems of San Francisco. Hand-​picked children’s clothing and accessories from all over the world. If you need to buy a special baby gift, this is the place to find something unique and gorgeous. The shop-​owner is not only lovely and engaging, but she has the distinction of being the only sane shop owner on this, first block of Clement. If you want to stroll in and out of the shops of a bunch of crazy people, do not miss Cement street at Arguello. It’s really something else. Shop at With Style if you consider yourself to be a creative «in-​the-​know» lover of all things beautifully designed.

They just opened recently along with other cute little stores on Clement between Arguello and 2^nd Avenue. They mainly sell vintage clothing and has a nice thrift store feeling, which is not necessarily the case cause most of them cost about $ 100 and up. I don’t know how well it will go to sell a supposedly high-​end vintage fashion in this neighborhood.
They also sell baby clothings. That will attract some moms around the neighborhood for sure. In general, it’s a cute store but if I want to spend money at this store, I don’t know. They must have something really really cute or I would rather go to Bloomingdales.
