Xodus Fitness «Moving the People» was established to provide positive impact in the lives of people through Health and Fitness.
We use an Unconventional approach to Fitness in an effort to create Total Human Optimization.
Personal Training takes a Holistic approach to making the lifestyle modifications necessary to create long term, life lasting change. Programs are catered to the needs of all clients and suitable for all ages from 16 to 60+.
There’s no screaming or yelling. Just positive reinforcement, completely professional service and high quality training in a safe and fun, friendly environment.
Meet the Business Owner
Rich T.
Business Owner
Rich is a Native of San Francisco and Lowell High School alumni. He has a Bachelors degree in Physiological Science from UCLA (2000) and a Masters degree in Sports Management from USF.
From 2000 Rich worked mainly in the financial district at Ultrahealth Physical Therapy and The Olympic Club, and was also an assistant to the Athletic Trainer at CCSF, conducting personal training in Oakland/Orinda.
In 2006 motivated by the tragic shooting death of his cousin, Rich moved overseas to live out his dream of living abroad. He created a fitness company in Thailand and during that time met his wife who is also a fitness professional and Yoga instructor from Singapore. After marriage they decided to relocate back to SF together.
Rich is primary author for The Fitness Library as well as the SF Police Officer Association Magazine, and has written for many other publications, magazines and blogs. In his free time, Rich enjoys reading, traveling, writing, listening to music and Salsa Dancing.
