They are well staffed with very nice people at the front counter. So typically you don’t have to wait long, but if you do have questions, you can feel good about taking the time to understand what you are buying. Also the guys in the back behind the glass seem really knowledgeable if you have a difficult problem.
Also like that they don’t do much nickle and diming, and hard pushing one to buy unneeded items. The service here is better than at the Bryant Street store.
The bad is the street in front is often really sketchy, with crazies, and what I think are drug sales of the types to avoid. I’ve only seen long lines, when it was the first days of the month

I couldn’t get any help from Metro PCS about my phone after two weeks of calls, emails and complaints. I called these guys up and in under five minutes their technician solved my problem and everything was OK. I“m astounded. Great work guys.
