I have been participating in Aikido classes at the Millberry Union gym since 2009 and enjoy them a lot. The classes are Monday and Wednesday at 8:15, Monday is free. The group is extremely welcoming, and the instructors Robert Hiroshi Toyama, John Harui and Sue Gorte are all very skillful and friendly. Classes are for all levels, the more senior members helping the more junior ones. There is a possibility to participate in additional training, such as clinics, in South San Francisco. Aikido is a great form of martial arts and definitively worth checking out! This is the facebook page:
