I called in to place an order for delivery and the guy told me he didn’t want my delivery order(2 miles away) because it’s too busy. The previous call to this restaurant they told me they are cash only.

Tried to get Henry’s Hunan to deliver to the Haight… NOGO ;-( Yum Yum was the back up. Food not as good as HH, but very delicious.

My co-workers talked me into Chinese today. Not typically my first choice for lunch but it was actually really good. We ordered take out and ate at work. The Mongolian beef with veggies was tasty and satisfying. I would eat here again.

Out of the blue, they decide to put a $ 20 minimum for credit card payment? Really? Who spends $ 20 for lunch at a Chinese restaurant? $ 10 would have been reasonable and is the norm. $ 20 is ridiculous. Their prawns with scrambled eggs is excellent(that and the restaurant’s proximity to my place is what kept me coming). However their other items won’t be missed. So long Yum Yum. You weren’t that yummy to begin with.

BLEH!!! This was the worst delivery Chinese Food I’ve ever had in the city. Everything was cold and even the fortune cookie was stale. They forgot our appetizer and had to deliver them later(also cold). The General Chicken was pretty bad as far as taste. Ordered here because it had high ratings which really is confusing how that happened.

Sometimes when I go for a lunch break and get a craving for Chinese food, I can get a little desperate and come here for the Chinese fix. But every time I come to order the lunch special, the food comes out a little too fast, which makes me wonder… do they have an industrial microwave to reheat things in a jiffy? Don’t come here anymore because my aging digestive system can’t handle the MSG anymore.

Decent food, but nothing special, and the prices are high for what you get. Chicken salad, for example, is now $ 10. The much better chicken salad at R & G Lounge is $ 7.

Ordered delivery which was fast. Sesame/orange chicken was pretty soggy, wouldn’t order again. Chow fun was good but pretty basic and a little too greasy.

Go here if you want fried batter with orange chicken sauce. There is a reason why I haven’t been back to this place in over a year, although I work a few doors down. But I had a craving for Chinese food. Big disappointment. They are worse than ever now.

SECRETTIP: use the online system to find what you want and then call in the order over the phone — It’s cheaper! Best chow fun in town! Absolutely to die for, just the right noodles, perfectly dressed, the vegetable is my favorite. Orange chicken is a perfect mix of American and traditional style. The soups are delicious, I recommend the wonton soup. Only downside(hence the 4 stars) would be the online order system. I often use the online system as a convenience and end up having to call in my order after I place it online because the system closes out when you try to complete and place your order. BUT upon calling in the order my total is usually $ 5-$ 10 cheaper than the online system. Delivery is good but takes about 45 mins

The go-to Chinese delivery spot in Lower Pac Heights. If you are in the mood for Chinese takeout, this fits the bill perfectly. In one of the lower points for our house, they once delivered to us although we’re just a block away… thanks for that.

this place is appropriately named because their food is yum yum. the ingredients taste fresher and look higher quality than comparable chinese delivery restaurants. the guy who answers the phone is always super friendly and very accommodating of my hatred of bell peppers. and they deliver to my house even though i live fairly far away. what’s not to love?! some of my favorite dishes are the chicken chow fun with black bean sauce(… with no peppers), the kung pao chicken, and the potstickers. bonus: if you order two entrees, you get a free chow mein or fried rice. yum yum, enjoy!

Go-to chinese food delivery spot. They’re fast, consistent, cheap, and really delicious. Dim sum is on point. Always order the Orange chicken, sesame chicken, green onion pancakes, crab rangoons, and walnut prawns. Want something different? The orange prawns are pretty rad too.

Ordered on the Unilocal app and it arrived in 20 still hot. Delivery guy was friendly and the bbq pork fried rice is good. General chicken has good flavor(if you like spicy, medium tasted pretty mild) gets points added for coming with broccoli but deducted cuz I feel like the pieces of chicken were 70% breading but that’s not surprising. For quick, hot delivery i would order from here again.

I’ve only had delivery from Yum Yum and I’ve been pleased every time. They are timely, their website is easy to use and they are always very courteous at the door. The egg rolls and fried rice are great. The king pao fried rice is interesting, and I thought it was a fun dish. The hot and sour soup is a little on the bland side, but decent. I’ve liked all of the vegetable dishes I’ve ordered. My go-to neighborhood Chinese delivery.

Edit– I just received my money back, including tip. Took a bite of food which happened to contain a shard of glass. The glass broke in my mouth cutting my tongue. Called to let them know and was offered a credit at the restaurant. Yeah, no thanks.

We just ordered delivery from here and after a couple bites I had to eat cereal for dinner. THE worst Chinese food. I got the general tso’s chicken, but it wasn’t chicken. Maybe 3% was chicken; the other 97% was some sort of grossly fried bread. BF’s «chicken» dish was made of the same nasty mystery mixture. The shrimp dumplings we got were good, but oh my googoo, not worth ordering from here if the actual entrees aren’t edible.

Great for take-out/delivery. Also, if you order over $ 25 worth of food, you get a free lo mein or fried rice(but you have to order over the phone; no free stuff if you order online due to take rates from the websites). Highly recommend: — vegetable fried rice(not too oily and has lots of veggies in it, including zucchini!) — crispy salt and pepper black cod — mongolian beef(tasty with sautéed onions) — chicken with green beans(v. generous with the green beans)
