Is my first time here, I found it in the internet. Got my computer fixed with less than a day. I met Jammy on that day. He is one of the technician there. Nice guy and Jammy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He charged me $ 50 to removed all virus that infected my computer. Reasonable price. Now my computer is working fine and even faster than before. I’m happy with his service. If you decide to go, be sure to look for Jammy. He is great and professional.

This is my first time using Unilocal review because I think it is necessary.
I went to this place on 2÷11÷2016 to fix my computer. All I had to do was to install a boot camp on my Mac computer in order to use all the features apply to Windows system. I went in the store at 4:00pm. The female manager (from Shandong, China) told me it was a very easy problem that they could fix it soon, and she asked $ 35 that I had no problem with.
Then they let me waited 40minutes and asked me if I’d like to hanging around and come back at 6:00pm bc they needed more time. So I came back at 6:00 pm. The female manager told me they needed to install a new IOS and a new Windows system that I need to pay $ 100.
Then the funny thing was she asked me to pay $ 20 as a deposit for that $ 100, which I never agreed on. So I told her I wouldn’t do it. Then she forced me to pay that $ 20 as a «computer checking fee». I paid her $ 20 and she let me go.
So from 4:00pm — 6:00pm, they did nothing at all on my computer and charged me $ 20 just for telling me they couldn’t do it.
I think the business here is unprofessional and the manager was greedy. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.
