Ridiculous!
I was sitting there for a half an hour waiting for a banker to help me. One was chatting to guy who seems to know everyone about his facebook page and the other one hides behind a computer pretend he doesn’t see you, when the others walks by just pretend they don’t see me because they don’t want to work extra work or something. I was just sitting there looking at everyone waiting for someone to at least acknowledged me or greeted me. Talking about customer service!

I used to be a loyal customer of BofA San Marino branch but under the new management, the service at San Marino became so poor. As a result, I decided to try this one instead. It really impressed me today, especially Linda Lao — the personal banker. Her service was impeccable and solved my issues within minutes. I will go to this one from now on.

I am very upset with this BofA branch！
The Young male Banker (Jxxxxx) is very aggressive and asked me to open a cash reward credit card! I was in a hurry and I did keep on telling him… I really have to go… I showed him I already got a BofA privileges cash rewards Visa and he asked me to cancel that one and get this new cash reward card instead!
I am ok… If it really gave me more rewards and more benefits!
But I end up with headaches because I am not able to transfer my rewards from my old card and I need to wait and keep both Cards with me now!!! I went to another BofA branch in Arcadia and this banker actually feels sorry for me and I shouldn’t go thur all this trouble because these two cards don’t really give me much difference and I don’t need to pay any annual fee with my existing card! I am Very unhappy now! Please watch out here!

The worst service at a bank ive ever had. I dont normally write reviews this is actually my first time. And it’s simply because I am so annoyed. The lady im sitting with doesnt know what she’s doing.

I love this place! Patricia was so helpful, I would recommend all my friends to open an account with her!

Ugh. Reminder to self: when you go to a bank just before closing, do not expect ‘normal’ customer service — expect workers to overlook greeting and offering to help you because they’re in a hurry to balance and get the heck outta there.
At least the girl who finally helped me was very courteous and apologized for her colleagues and after a long day, even provided a nice smile.

Okay this review was so due already! Its been about 6 years since I opened my business account at this location, it’s been a nightmare!!! not only that the people at this location have no knowledge of what they’re doing, but the worst part is that they are so rude and it MUST be how their manager trained them because the manager here has no business running any business with her poor attitude towards customers, I recently opened an account with Wells Fargo and I’m very impressed on how they treat their customers and also the knowledge that they have and how eagar they are to help small businesses like me to subside… Overall all Bank of America branches in San Gabriel valley have the worse customer service BUT THIS BRANCH IS THE WORSE.
P. s. There is a sweet lady at this branch and this review does not apply to her because she is very nice, her name is Irma (I think)

I went to the bank during part of my lunch hour today and I didn’t really like the atmosphere of this Bank of America. I usually go to the same branch just cause it’s close to my house but this branch was near work. The location is easy to find, but the inside was so huge and that looked empty. The way they set up this location didn’t look attractive to me — so I decided to give it a lower rating. One of the guys greeted me from where he was standing but he was probably so tired of saying hi and approaching customers day to day. There was only two workers — maybe because it was lunch hour, but shouldn’t that be the busiest time for them? I didn’t like there was only two windows opening, making the line waiting to deposit so long. I don’t like waiting in line at the bank because when I go there, I just want to get things done and leave.
I was going to give it a higher rating, but I really felt like other branches were better and taht this place needs a little more improvement. Since it is the holidays coming up, maybe they should do some decorations to bring up the mood possibly or do something with their empty (big) place.

Lack of personal banking friendliness and customer service. Walk in Saturday at 10:45 a.m. and only one personal banker is on the floor assisting a customer. Where are all the other personal bankers?

Workers here are always nice! The fact that they have a drive-​through ATM is definitely a plus, especially if you’re being lazy and don’t feel like getting out of your car.
The parking lot here is a little difficult bc it’s one way. And a lot of people still drive the wrong way just bc it’s convenient. So just make sure you’re driving slow in the lot and looking around, so you can prevent somebody ramming into your car.

parking is designed purposely that way for safety GENIUS. its intended only to go one way so robbers have a higher chance of NOT GETTING OUT as easily.

Love the drive through, close to work and its right next to usps
and a 76 gas station.

parking is ok… no complaints, never had to park across the street or anything. so i don’t know why people complain. i guess complainers, complain…

Worse design parking lot I have seen in a long time.
ATM is fine, I haven’t been inside. But I find this place to a pain to get in and out of unless you are going north on del mar.

The bank tellers are always very friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. Downside is that sometime the line inside gets pretty long or the wait can be long. Only 2 ATMs outside.

Majority of my banking is done here since its like walking distance to my house. Parking is easy and the merchant lane is usually empty so you dont have to wait unless there isnt a teller there. the usual teller is usually a guy named David. He is nice but very persistent on each merchant account holder to check out the CC machine and account BofA has to offer. He will stand there and try to find any way to get you to become interested in the program. Like the service he gives but sometimes its a little annoying because I just want to get in, make my deposit and get on with my other daily duties

This BOA location has a drive-​thru ATM so I don’t even have to get out of my car! Sometimes when I’m at the drive thru late at night, I get paranoid that some guy with a gun is gonna jump out and rob me, but the area is pretty well-​lit and there’s always plenty of cars driving by up and down the streets.
