We make our own Hunan smoked ham, spicy duck necks, and specialty szechuan sausage are available in air sealed package to bring home.

I graduated from UCLA with a BioChem degree couple years ago, after working the pharmaceutical industry for awhile I’ve realized my passion is in the food industry. Growing up in a immigrant Chinese family, for as long as I can remember we have been in the restaurant business. My fondest memories from my childhood is the taste of my grandma’s cooking (probably why I was a fat kid) and my goal is to recreate such memories for everyone who comes to our restaurant by serving genuine home style cooking from HuNan.
