Edible Arrangements

It’s my first time here and my first order is a large Hello Kitty. The fruits are all on plastic stick that goes in the center foam piece with fresh kale covered. All the fruits are pretty fresh, could be fresher though tasty especially the strawberry. I received a box of chocolate cover apple slice and it received many compliments and it was sweet too. the whole thing fixed about 6 – 8 as part of dessert along with some cakes. Great for special occasions.

This store is very closed by to where I used to work at, an my coworkers and I usually order tons of fruits from Edible, they make the fruits ALIVE! That’s so amazing. They have freshest and most incredible design!

This place is a great choice if you’re looking to impress someone with more than just flowers. I ordered an arrangement for Christmas and it came out great! I recommend ordering from their website because it’s easy and convenient to use. They have a wide variety of options so you can take your time browsing the website for one that best suites you or for the occasion that you’re celebrating.
The customer service here is superb! The female salesperson that helped me was so kind and accommodating. It was my first time ordering from them so I didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

They are easy to deal with, and are very good at communicating with the recipient of the fruit. This part is very important since you can’t just leave fruit at the front door. Every time I’ve sent a bouquet I’ve received a call on how beautiful it is, how amazing the fruit tastes, etc. The San Gabriel location is the only one I’ve been to, but Manny and his son are the best. One of my bouquets was delayed because the person who was to receive it was out of the office, so they called and told me to expect that. I got a very excited call when it was received. Edible Arrangements has deals with their own growers to provide them with the best tasting fruit — I’ve tried it myself and it is excellent. Can’t send a better «thank you», or special occasion gift to anyone.

Amazing customer service! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my boss for Boss’s day and after my order had already gone out for delivery I realized my boss would be out for the day. David was delivering the arrangement and called my boss, worked out a way she could still receive her arrangement & even read the card to her over the phone! Josh in the store was super helpful and David was awesome! 5 stars well deserved at edible arrangements San Gabriel store!!!

I’m not a regular Unilocal reviewer, but I’m compelled to write about my superlative experiences with Manny and David and their Edible Arrangements franchise. On several occasions, I have needed last minute (VERY last minute) arrangements for business meetings, as well as gift certificates. Not only do Manny and David take a personal interest in making sure everything is handled PERFECTLY, from accurate execution of the order, to rush handling (like you’ve never seen before), to friendly, warm greetings, to the absolute beauty and deliciousness of the arrangements themselves. Great products, great value, GREAT service! I call Manny and David every time I need an Edible Arrangement. They are tireless and 125% dedicated to the success of their business and especially to the happiness of their customers.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman working at this location at 2:28pm on on September 10! I am sending my boyfriend A bouquet of goodies because he drove at 6am this morning to bring me my drivers license to Warner brothers where I’m filming today (we need it on shoot days and I left it). I called the location to check in on delivery and the gentleman working is SO AMAZING. He cared about my story of my boyfriend (we are high school sweethearts) and really took care of my order and made me feel so special. This man deserves a raise or an award. I will come back to this location just hoping to speak and do business with him again! Thank you mystery man!

I love this store! Their customer service is excellent! Alex is a sweet heart and she is very understanding. I would recommend this store to anyone. Fruit is always fresh and the store is really clean. Really pleasent experience.

I too want to share what an amazing manager David is! I had a WAY less than stellar experience with the ARCADIA Edible Arrangements when I had mistakenly thought they had delivered our arrangement. While my issue was not major, the manner in which the Arcadia manager handled it was awful (rude, disrespectful, etc.).
Consequently, David contacted me – the corporate offices called his shop with my issue. I had shared the situation and in return, his amazing customer service and caring has made me a very loyal customer of the San Gabriel store. I told him it was unnecessary to send us anything — all I had really wanted was an «I’m so sorry for your experience». David really understands taking the client’s perspective and making them feel valued. Thanks David — you really are a gem — and the fruit was to die for!

*2^nd arrangement*
I came by around 5ish in the evening on Monday to place an order for Father’s Day. The delivery dates were either a Friday or Saturday. I went with Saturday. I didn’t ask if they were full for Sunday because I didn’t mind having the gift delivered a day early. I chose The Watermelon Kiwi Summer Bouquet — regular size.
Alex assisted me with my order. She was helpful and informative, telling me how many pieces of each fruit would be in the small. I opted for the regular for more fruits. I estimated that there would be more than 50 pieces of fruits altogether based on what she told me.
She was kind to give me some change for a bus ride as I didn’t have enough with me. Thanks for that Alex :]
Onto the delivery and fruit bouquet. I was asked what time I wanted it to be delivered by and I stated before or around 5pm. (I thought from reading on the website, that asking for a specific time can’t be guaranteed or honored.) I wasn’t expecting to be asked really but just gave a time I thought would be best to surprise my dad. I said yes to be notified via phone call once the arrangement has been delivered.
On the day of:
I didn’t get the exact time but it seemed my dad was surprised around 10−11am. Bummed I wasn’t told at all that he had received it until I heard it from himself.
Looking at the pictures, I got from him and my stepmom… I can’t tell if there were 50 or more pieces.
Hoping it was at least 50. Could be the way it was designed and assembled.
Although my dad said it was beautiful, I can’t really say the same since I didn’t see it in person. Again, from the pictures. I think it could have looked better.
I was more prepared to see a different color container than shown on the website but the container turned out to be a melamine bowl? It did say the container may vary. I just wasn’t expecting the same one (but different color) that my mom had gotten for her arrangement on Mother’s Day. I had hoped for this to be special.
Everyone liked the fruits and said they were good. I’m glad for that. They even liked the golden kiwis. I found it interesting that the color was golden and not green. Never heard of these. Haha you get a plus for this! :D
My dad was very happy and so was everyone else who got to enjoy it. I kind of have high standards and am nitpicky. I will not give you guys lower than 4 stars. Should be getting a 5 because you managed to make my dad’s day but this is just how I am.

The manager, David was very attentive and understanding of his customers needs and expectations. My next two arrangements were made with very fresh and beautiful fruits; the arrangements were so beautifully put together that I almost didn’t want to eat it. It was a very last minute request since my mom was going to see my grandma I asked if it could be done and they were able to have the order ready for me a few hours later. When I came to pick up, an employee Erika was very nice and assisted me quickly. She even helped me carry one of the arrangements to my car; so I didn’t have to make two trips. The customer service here is beyond wonderful, you must experience it first hand to believe it. They have really changed my whole experience with Edible Arrangements and I will definitely be ordering my arrangements and picking up some goodies here for myself really soon.

So I wrote a review yesterday, and today I just received a call from the store manager apologizing about my experience. He asked me what went wrong and what could he do to fix things.
I told him my overall experience was quite uncomfortable and the workers were unpleasant. He explained that Mother’s Day was very busy and everyone was tired, because they had to worker over time [12hour+shifts]. I don’t feel working overtime is a suitable reason to give bad service. They are working in customer service and should always be providing excellent customer service.
I was not able to talk about the fruits in my arrangement in my first review, because I tried it after writing it. The arrangement I purchased was a Bouquet arrangements that included Grapes, Pineapples, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, and Honeydew.
Grapes: big and sweet
Pineapples: didn’t look too ripe because it was hard to bite into and was completely sour
Strawberries: nice and fresh decent sizes
Chocolate dipped Strawberries: a few were old and we noticed it was just covered in chocolate to conceal the bad spots.
Cantaloupe and Honeydew: were both not ripe, bland and flavorless
The only things we finished was the grapes and strawberries, we ended up tossing everything else
Of course the presentation of the Fruit Bouquet was beautiful and looked mouth watering, but I sadly it wasn’t.
Management he is doing a good job, I really appreciated how he made an effort to talk to me about me experience and try fix things. He offered me another arrangement since I had a horrible experience and the fruits in my current arrangements weren’t good. He told me that his fruits are delivered fresh daily, but sometimes its not ready to be eaten and shouldn’t be used.
Honestly I do like that the management made and effort, it shows he does care about the customers.

THE BEST Edible I’ve ever ordered from. Employees here are super accommodating and friendly. David and Josh are so nice made me feel right at home. Erica is truly a fruit expert. And lastly Alex has great customer service, staff is super helpful when your indecisive and always try to find you a deal.

The manager David contacted me and I am really shocked by the lengths this man will go to, to ensure you get great customer service. He is amazing and now I will be loyal to this San Gabriel store as long as he’s there. I have always jumped around Edible Arrangements stores because I enjoy the products but I will forever use my local store from now on. I also met with Alex which also works there, total sweetheart. The product… Definitely wow-​worthy this time around, I’m really impressed and happy David made my experience a memorable one.
**OLD REVIEW**
I had a delivery of chocolate covered strawberries arrangements sent to me yesterday (Valentine’s Day) it looked beautiful and really fresh, except… The strawberries were all but appetizing. They were bitter and not sweet at all. Even though it was a very sweet gesture It really was a waste of money because I won’t be eating them. Definitely not «wow-​worthy»

Hands down, the best Edible Arrangements customer service I have ever received. Not that I’ve ever had a bad one, but this location BLEW ME AWAY.
David was very accommodating when the recipient of my delivery wasn’t home. Like other reviewers have experienced, he asked if there was another address to deliver the arrangement to. Or perhaps, deliver it at another date and time. I was impressed that the arrangement wasn’t just left at the door, like so many other vendors do. When the arrangement was delivered, I received a text from David upon its completion. It’s the little extra effort from this location that separates them from the rest.
Way to go!

I was checking out various Edible Arrangement locations and this place drew me in with their Unilocal check-​in: you get free 6 count of strawberries dipped in chocolate — dark and/​or white. I opted for the mix of three dark and white chocolates. Since it was my bday week, what better way to start off the bday week with some chocolate dipped strawberries, hehe!
NOTE: the free strawberries are actually with purchase of $ 29.00 or more. Since it wasn’t noted clearly on the Unilocal check in: Erika waiver it for me and she was a sweetheart in helping me throughout the whole process.
Loved the strawberries dipped in chocolate. The strawberries were fresh with the right amount of tanginess to even out the sweetness of the chocolates. The display box was super adorable. Once the strawberries were ready, Erika brought them out to me while I waited in my car since there’s no seating in their store. I also bought a small fruit salad to eat on the way home too.
For $ 2.95 — the small fruit salad was a steal! It’s pretty big for 12oz and nicely stacked with assorted fruits such as strawberries, grapes, pineapples, cantaloupes, and honeydews. The fruits were fresh and sweet — a great palate cleanser on a warm January night.
Overall, great service with Erika and will be back in the future for other fruit bouquets — may be even the Hello Kitty fruit bouquet one ;-)

So, I received a call from Edible Arrangements and they wanted to make it right from my previous experience. I thought that was very nice of them.
David was so sincere and apologetic for what had happened and just wanted to do the right thing by the customer and I was pretty skeptical, but it turned out great.
I received a very cute & large fruit basket which I was able to request with only white chocolate. YAY! They sent it with a variety of fresh fruits. They were super yummy!
Overall, I would order from them now that we know they actually care about customers. =P
