worst place ever with expensive price. they give my dog a really bad haircut. it is not like the pictute they showed me before. when i ask them and they say it will look like the picture in a few week！stupid！

Called to ask a very simple question to see if they carry a product and they were rude and could hardly speak English. Not only do I not know if they have said product, but I am definitely not going here.

What’s really telling about a good groomer is how clean the place is. The crates were clean and the owner was sweet

Think it again and again before you buy any fancy-​look while quality-​poor products there, they are much more expensive than pet smart and they refused to return, refund even they do not have the right size for you to exchange. The manager’s attitude, Kico, who claimed she was also the owner, was beyond rude and impolite. Pls notice, their product size is far far away from American standard, so their suggestion is «bring your dog here to try it», whatever, no refund no return is their policy. Even dog wash is expensive, they ask for $ 49 – 50 while Americans usually charge $ 20_​$ 30. So, if you are «rich», do not speak English and do not mind to be treated rudely, maybe this is the place; otherwise， pet smart /​pet co is much much better.

This review is for their grooming service. I was walking my dog one day and curiously walked into this store since I had my dogs with me I wanted to see if they sold any cute pet accessories. I wasn’t intentionally on getting my two pups groomed but I decided mind as well. Since they were pretty furry and dirty at the time. They did a really great job! My dogs came back looking adorable as ever & smelt sooooo good!
I Would definitely be coming back :)! (I also ended up buying three shirts for my pups… Their clothing is very cute compared to other pet stores like petsmart or petco!

I called today this morning left a message never call back I called back and I asked her if she could take care of my little Yorkie and she asked me how old is your Yorkie and I said 10 years she replied too old to take care of her what the f*** was wrong with this people and I said I’m going to give you a bad review. she said I don’t care do whatever you have to do!

Horrible service! Very nasty and mean. My dog cut was done as tho intern was learning. Cute store with puppies. But overpriced. My guess they rinning a puppy mill at home.

The customer service here is horrible but I find most of what I need for my pet that I can’t find elsewhere. They have adorable pet beds but pricey around $ 50-​$ 60 and up. I also shop for pet clothes here and other items that are original and boutique cute for my pup. Everytime I stop by I don’t expect to get customer service from the owners, I come in and get what a look for myself and since it’s so close to home it’s pretty convenient for me.

Love their work with my baby’s hair cut and they treat your pets like their own!!! Love this place!!!

I haven’t gotten any of my dogs groomed. However, I came in here to look at the cute stuff they have in the windows. I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything when I saw the poor puppies in tiny cages wanting to get out. One guy was just running in circles. There was a baby Shiba inu in the lobby, but it had a sign saying don’t pet. He went nuts when I walked near him. So depressing, I went home and hung out with my dogs all day.

Happy pet is a lovely and clean pet store. All the puppies here are very cute and the owner is a pretty and warm-​hearted girl. The employees here are very responsible for puppies, no matter bath or grooming. Besides, all the pets accessories are cute and unique. I love this pet store!

This place is so nice and my dog started groom there since 4 month old, and every time I told them what I want, they are always patient enough to hear about. And their Groom skills are awesome, it never disappoint me. So go there and get your dog pretty or handsome!

First off, I’m not an easily pleased person. This place is not perfect however it is a very good establishment. I’ve read some of the reviews and I find it hilarious some people have such bad experiences here.
I have told many friends about this place because I actually believe that this store is ethical and actually cares a lot for dogs. This is the first store that I have ever seen that is so clean and that each dog has their own kennel and where they are let out often to have play time with other puppies.
One note also they are extremely careful with their puppies and the pets in their care. I saw someone want to put their dog in day care and another wanted to get their dog groomed here but because they didn’t have the proper and recent documentation the store would not service them. I learned from the workers because they are deathly afraid if one dog has a certain sickness it may affect other dogs so they like to make sure every dog they service is in tip top shape. This makes me feel extra safe bringing my dogs here. They even make you sanitize (non alcoholic) your hands as a extra precaution when you want to handle the puppies so they don’t get sick.
I do have one small gripe. Their puppies are super cute and yes a bit expensive around 3000 and up which is making me poor but that is not what I am complaining about. They actually sell out super quick and take quite a while to get new puppies. So you have to be very quick. I guess this is also good because you know you aren’t getting a puppy from a puppy mill or bad breeders. But here’s an inside tip you can ask for their wechat where the shop updates you with what she has in store and the sales going on and you can message the store in wechat to let them know to hold on to the puppy so you can go take a look!
The lady in the back takes extra care washing a grooming my two little knuckleheads. The workers bring me a Japanese hairstyle book so I can pick what they look like and are very knowledgable about the products and the hairstyles on how to achieve the certain look I wanted for my dogs. Never has my friends’ dogs nor mine ever been mistreated. My dogs have never been nicked by the razor or cut their nails too short leading to bleeding. I think this amount of care warrants the price they charge. For a pet store to actually care about dogs is actually unseen and this is the first I have experienced. I recommend and stand behind this store 100%.

Really really bad store, owner likes shit, never do good things, they think they know everything but not. Bad manner makes this store I will never come, hope you guys listen to me. Never come this shityy store.

Boss looks like people own her money ! They selling dog 3000 – 4000. That’s incredible crazy ! California lemon law not allowed people selling live dogs for benefit ! I am usually pretty picky. My dog actually likes this place, and I like the grooming job they do. The price is much cheaper also than the other places I went before. We have been coming here for 2years and its always the same groomer which makes my dog and me more comfortable. The customer service is very friendly. Try it for yourself. They do a good job and I highly recommend.

I gave them 3 chances, they never do what I ask them to do! Leave my dog nails as sharp as a knife, and they told me that dogs run on the ground, their nails will be polish themselves! How ridiculous!
