We are a licensed and insured, Eco-​friendly green cleaning company that cares about the homes we service. From the $ 10 million dollar homes we’ve cleaned, to a cozy studio or college dorm room, we stand by our work 100% to make sure you are completely satisfied!

As family-​run business, Jeremy & Mariko Wang Cleaning services San Marino, Pasadena, Arcadia, and surrounding areas. We currently only specialize in move-​out cleanings, and are not offering regular cleaning services.

We use eco-​friendly, pet-​friendly, and child-​safe products. Our vacuum cleaners use HEPA air filters to trap in more dust, and our microfiber mops and rags will ensure that your home will be spotless.

History

Established in 2011.

My wife and I started this business to help local Real Estate agents beautify homes they show for maximum exposure, and to get them ready to be put on the market.

My girlfriend and I are both a little OCD (CDO) and really like things to be clean and neat. I’m the type of person who would eat a pizza with a fork. So after two weeks of consideration we finally decided to just go for it and get the deep clean. After doing small D.I.Y. projects around our condo we knew we wanted the place to be super clean before we move in and specifically at the places I mentioned to Jeremy before in our email conversations. So I contacted Jeremy again and we scheduled a day for the clean.
VERY IMPRESSED! All my concerns were handled and tackled. He even cleaned areas of the condo we originally did not discuss, as I believe his work ethics are to exceed his clients expectations. And most importantly, he did all the work in a very hot environment with no complaints. Unfortunately, at the time our thermostat was on the fritz and he came on one of the hottest days in June. You can imagine how hard it is to clean a two story condo when it’s 100 degrees outside. Yet again, he went above our expectations and was friendly as can be.
Definitely worth fitting this into our budget as Jeremy definitely works with you to make it happen. Now we feel a little more at ease to move in all our stuff. Thank you again Jeremy & Mariko Wang!!! You clean my world!

After researching on Unilocal,I contacted Jeremy for cleaning my unit we are preparing for rent. He was very responsive through email. His team were friendly and did a marvelous job cleaning my unit. The stove and oven looks like as if it is new! So was my bathroom. I am very happy to have found them and will definitely use them next time!

I’m speechless! I am moving out of a house with 10 (MESSY) girls living in one house. Jeremy did an excellent job on our bathrooms that my roommates probably hadn’t cleaned in months. Yet they looked sparkling! He had a great attitude and cleaned the blinds which were not even included in the quote! Very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of service. Would definitely recommend if you are moving and need things to be spotless!

I contacted Jeremy to clean, or more appropriately, restore a bathroom in my townhome that had been left in hazmat condition by a room mate. Seriously, looked like something out of an episode of «Hoarders». I sent some photos for Jeremy to quote, he showed up on time, worked his tail off and left the bathroom looking even better than new. I was amazed, especially for the price!

Jeremy and his wife are the epitome of the consummate professional. Jeremy cleaned my one bedroom apartment right before my landlord was going to do an inspection to give me back my security deposit. Jeremy worked perfectly with my budget. Not only did he stay in line with my budget, but he also added in several extras for free! He and his wife left my apartment spotless. Impeccable service and cleaning, done in a timely manner. I could not ask for anything better. I am happy to say that my landlord refunded my FULL security deposit. Called for a house clean out on a rental prior to new tenancy and was very impressed with the communication and response time. Jeremy got back to me right away with an accurate quote & quick appointment. As far as the work done I am very impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. I’m not adverse to cleaning but they had all the tools & equipment and skills to really make things shine! Definitely will book again as the need arises. Really nice folks too. Also; they got stains out I had given up on like it was nothing.

Jeremy did an excellent job cleaning my condo after I had moved out — I was preparing it for rental.
He is very responsive to email and to phone. Scheduling was very easy and he showed up right on time to do the cleaning.
Rates are reasonable — he does a quick walk-​through with you and provides a final quote before proceeding with the work. Very professional and courteous.
The cleaning was pretty thorough and fast. I liked that he folded kitchen towels and even out the «clean» tag on the toilets — details matter! The condo is about 1050 sq. ft. and it took him about 2 – 2.5 hours to finish the job, fridge included!

I can’t say enough about how satisfied with the service and work that Jeremy and Mariko provided. I needed help cleaning a home and Jeremy was prompt with the estimates, arrival, and completion. Also, made sure to check in with me on items that needed to be discarded or cleaned.
When everything was done, the house was sparking clean. It was seriously amazing. Even after a few days Jeremy checked in to make sure I was still 100% happy with the service.
I will be contacting them again soon for another service. I love business that are efficient, reasonably priced and take PRIDE in what they do, so few and far between — this is one of them.

Jeremy and Mariko did a great job and was able to squeeze me in after there a communications mixup on my part. So appreciate that Jeremy got back to me the same day while three other cleaning services that I saw on Unilocal didn’t even replied to my emails.
Very impressed how well they scrubbed down the toilets and the oven, they were in pretty bad shape. My place is now ready to put on the market. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone!
