I feel obligated to write a five-​star rating for Sing. This is a long story though. I just came back from smog check for my 14+ yr old car. Somehow the inspector at the check station was checking my car very attentively, and of course I was kind of nervous. After it’s done, I asked the inspector if there’s anything wrong. He said no and everything is good, but kind of wondering if I am the undercover sent by the government to check if the smog check station is doing the job and that’s why he checked my car more thoroughly. I asked why he thought so, and he said that he has never seen the engine of a car with a 125k mileage so clean, and that’s why he was cautious and thought this could be an undercover action. The truth is that I went to Sing’s for an auto repair a couple weeks earlier on my car because it has some terrible clunk sound, and he took good care of it obviously. It took me several hundred dollars, a significant amount when compared with the residual value of the car, but the praise from other people, especially from a smog check inspector, justified the money well spent.

First time I met him I came with my friend to get his oil changed. Very good pricing for the job. I’m here now getting the oil changed on European car for $ 20 bucks with the oil and filter I bought. On the plus he did an inspection on my car and it cleared his requirements! Very honest trustworthy guy! Definitely coming back for my oil change.

The owner is a real cool dude. Seems like an honest guy trying to run a business. $ 20 for an oil change. Does a quick check up on my car after. He even found out that my car had a cracked axle.
There’s a waiting room to the side with a TV, water, tea, and magazines. I’ve been here 4 times and have no complaints whatsoever.
Edit: He also pumps your tires every time. I love the small details.

It’s not the most spruced up place on the block, but it’s one that I have complete trust in, and that’s what matters! The lady who handles the office is nice, honest and easy to communicate with, and they do a good, clean and fast job. I definitely recommend them with my peace of mind! This is your place.

I slightly hesitate to write this review as I fear it’d cause my favorite oil change place to get too busy, but they totally deserve it.
This place is honest, inexpensive, and provides great service. They are very willing to quote you prices over the phone without the annoying «you need to come in first» excuse. They once gave me a reasonable quote over the phone for my brake pads to be changed and actually ended up charging me even LESS because the pads cost them less than they initially expected. I’ve never experienced or heard of such integrity from an auto shop, ever.
As an added bonus, the owners speak great English and are really friendly. I’ll keep coming here even though I live 20 miles away now.

The check engine light of my car is on a few days ago.
They took time to check it out for me and it turned out
to be a likely false alarm. They reset the engine light for
me and told me what problems to watch for in the future.
The best part was that they didn’t charge me a dime. This
is truly rare in today’s world of car shops.

I am satisfied with the service here, because they help me to save money and provide good service as well. The most thing that I am satisfied is that they will not cheat to ask for unnecessary services or parts. In addition, they tend to find deals for customers, which are often much cheaper than any dealer’s price.
When I asked them to check what parts do I need to change, they do the check for free and tell me that everything works well except for the tires. I also check the tires myself and asking for my friends; they told me that these 9 year old tires needs to be changed. The people here provide reasonable price, close to the deal that I can find from websites.

Asian owned. Speaks good English. Great prices. For brakes job, dealer charges $ 299, Firestone $ 240, Sing $ 150. Factory brakes too. I’m surprised they have a waiting area too equipped with TV, radio, sparkletts, coffee tea, even a bowl of ramen!
