During the school year, Superstar Learning Center provides after school homework help and enrichment in language arts (reading, writing), math, science, and social studies for grades K thru 8. We offer school transfers, free snacks, and extra practice worksheets. In addition, Superstar prepares students for the annual CA STAR Tests (CST, CAT/​6). Ask about our flexible Language Arts and Math packages.

History

Established in 2009.

After years of research and development, Superstar Learning Center launched its after school program in 2009. Soon after, Superstar introduced its CA STAR Test practice class. In addition, private tutoring became available for students who prefer individualized attention and/​or accelerated learning. Coming soon on June 14, 2010, Summer Camp will be featuring students exciting, unique elective courses to compliment core academic classes.

No matter which program, Superstar teachers help each student to develop good study skills and habits to succeed in school. We hope to motivate each student to be lifelong learners.

Meet the Business Owner

Luca T.

Business Owner

Mr. Luca, as his students like to call him, graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science, emphasis Neuroscience. However, he has always been passionate in education and in helping students grow. He has tutored many students over the past 10 years in English, math, and science up to the high school level. For the past 4 years, Mr. Luca managed and taught at a renown private tutoring center. Superstar Learning Center is his latest venture and he is excited to bring his experience and expertise to the students here.
