FYI — my friend never received the package, so Vien Dong Cargo considered it is lost. They agreed to refund 40% of package value plus the shipping cost. The fact that they agreed to refund some of the package value, I gave them 2.5 (rounded up to 3) stars. Had they refunded the full value, then I would give them 4 stars.

Vien dong shipping in Westminster was suck. They got my box on 2÷1÷2015 but untill now my family didn’t get it. Then I keep calling them to ask about my box, they were always so mean to answer and even didn’t pick up the phone to let me know what going on with my stuff. Then I tried to call anh Vuong at Vien Dong Cargo in San Gabriel, and he’s very nice to answer any question, let me know where my stuff is. He is so responsible with even that not his job. Even my family didnt get my stuff yet, Im still happy cause at least I got some information about my stuff. Thank you so much for your time again anh Vuong

Why can’t I give this place a ZERO star. Do Not come to this unprofessional place. It is horrible. Customer service sucks and is SHITTY. The lady in the front is RUDE and never picks up the phone. Package was given to them 3 months ago and today my family in VN still haven’t receive the package. Not to mentioned my other package was OPEN before it was delivered and the items were missing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Best service in the area! My family often send stuff to Vietnam and this is the best place with the lowest price. I cannot stress enough about how they treat their customers. I highly recommend this place if you want to try out new shipping business. They said they will have domestic shipping as well.
