I was really excited to find a location that was convenient for me. Out of the 4 locations, this is the only one that takes clients by appointment only. I tried to book an appointment online, but ironically this is the only location you can’t book an appointment online for. So I called their listed number 408−441−0230 and it just goes to voice mail of a 510−684−4366. What??? I’ll be damned if I’m going to leave my information on a voice mail that I can’t even verify belongs to them. I’ve tried calling over and over with the same result. My excitement has turned to frustration since something as simple as booking an appointment (which they require!) has been nothing but difficult. I’m not sure I even want to go way out of my way to go to a different location. What a letdown!
Update: I reached out to the San Jose location via email and received a message from Michelle that this location is closed until further notice. You would think they would post this on their website as to notify potential clients. Not a good experience at all.

Just got my rec from here and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Came in without an appointment and the receptionist told me I could still be seen. Now I’m valid for one year. The doctor gave me some great tips on staying healthy while medicating. After hours of research, their prices were better compared to the competitors. I must say, I did read some of the reviews here before I chose them and I’m starting to wonder if some are even real patients. Can’t imagine anyone leaving here unhappy. Over all I would recommend anyone here who is looking for the real deal.

I had such a wonderful experience I’ve had my medical marijuana card for sometime now, so I’ve seen my share of «offices» especially downtown, but this place was like a breath of fresh air! Fast, efficient, and so professional. I will admit it was a bit hard to find but I just called the office and the lovely receptionists were more then happy to navigate me, once I found it I was impressed the outside just says doctor office which is awesome keeps everything so confidential. I walked it and everything was so nice and clean! The Doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable gave me great health advice along with my rec. The front desk is so friendly, they look like the actually enjoy their jobs overheard them giving great advice to a new patient, all in all I think this is the best office in San Jose I recommend all my friends to come here, and I know I’ll be back next year to renew here.

I scheduled an appointment well in advance. When we got there, they seemed like they didn’t know when our appointment was, had us wait in a waiting room with other people for what seemed like forever and then nonchalantly told us the doctor thought he wasn’t supposed to come in that day, so we would have to reschedule. i planned my week schedule around this appointment as I had to take time off of work, so this was very uncool, especially after we waited so long. There also seemed to be no selection of anything. I ended up going to MMJ Doctor instead of coming back and had a totally different (and amazing) experience.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Came here with my wife for our evaluation and were greeted by a snail paced staff where we were told that we could wait in their waiting room. While we watched a documentary about weed we sat there about 25 minutes until we were simply told us «The Dr. Didn’t know he was scheduled today so all appointments are cancelled». They handed us a card for a free evaluation the next day, but why would we waste our time coming back? Plus, they were very unapologetic about it and made us wait at the front tediously for 5 minutes to schedule another appointment, but we just ended up walking out.
What kind of Dr. just doesn’t show up!??

What a great place to apply for a prescription for cannabis. Jeremy was awesome, well informed, very patient and overall really great to deal with. Dr. Phelan was also great to deal with and really took a vested interest in my medical situation. If you need a prescription and want to deal with real professionals go to 420 MD!

great clinic, the doctor is amazing, very knowledgeable, and real nice and good to talk to. The staff was really helpful and friendly. the whole visit took maybe 15 mins, with filling out paperwork, and bsing with the doctor for 5 mins. its $ 65 for a new recommendation, not the cheapest rec around, but well worth the extra $ 10 — $ 15, getting a card is $ 20, like most of the rest, but it has the doctors real signature on it. will definitely renew here. if you need a card, go here.
