AD Windows did a good job with my broken dual-​pane window. I had a «divided lights» window with window panes, and other top-​rated window repair shops would not touch it.
AD gave me an estimate, ordered the glass, and came on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and fixed the window. Good job cleaning up the job site and good work on the window — like new.
The only gotcha was that they forgot about my repair while they were waiting for the low-​E glass to come in. When I reminded them, they got right to it.

Exceptional customer service! I called to inquire about replacing the glass in a broken window, I called and explained the issue to the gentleman. He referred me to a glass shop near my house and said it was the most economical fix (I had already removed the window frame myself). He explained that his process would entail more than I actually need and come out to more money. I wanted to go through him just because I wanted AD to get my money. I ended the conversation so impressed with his thoughtfulness, tone, and helpfulness. Thanks so much for such a great interaction, I will definitely give AD a call if I ever have a bigger project for my home!

I’m updating my review to 5 stars because I got a message from Alvaro, one of the owners who was very apologetic about not having returned any of my calls. He was very accommodating & offered to come check what I wanted done and give me a good discount for having dealt with no one calling me back.
I think his customer service skills were great & he really did try to make it right. I am going to get new screen door from them now.

What a great business to work with. They had to use ladders and ropes to remove a very heavy hanging antique glass window from the 2nd floor ledge, then transport it to Kim at Legacy Glass (review to follow) and rehang it. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and even swept the debris from the ledge. Fine service guys! Thanks.

They are the best: professional, efficient and honest!
We had two windows have spring case problem, I called a few people– handyman, window companies and even our contractors. Some of them came to check and told me the whole window need to be replaced, some told me it was too small a project they didn’t want to do…
Finally I called A D window, Daniel came and told me they could fix this in an hour without even move the furniture. The next morning, a Saturday morning, Cheney called and said they had all the parts and could fix our windows right away! I couldn’t believe my ear!
As I was told, the whole thing was fix in an hour, including 2 windows and 1 screen… Our whole family is so thankful, even my husband– a very picky engineer always thought there were better choice, but this time he smiled too.
Last, Daniel made some mistakes when he estimated the price, they found it but still charged us the lower one. I felt bad for them, and decided we’ll go back to them and suggest them to our friends when there is a need.
Well, it is a long review and it is my first Unilocal review so far, you can tell how satisfied I am :-)

Someone had attempted to break into my house and damaged the bathroom window and one of my bedroom windows. I called around looking for someone who could quickly fix this and found A D Window on Unilocal.Boy am I glad I called them! The service there is excellent. I received a few quotes from different places that were outrageously expensive. A D was quick to send someone out and get me set up for a window replacement immediately. Awesome service and highly recommended!

After talking on the phone with Daniel, sent an e-​mail with detailed diagram of what the project entails.
1 week later, after receiving no reply, talked to someone else in the shop. Made sure they have received the e-​mail.
2 day later — no reply.

We had a shower door installed, and Daniel, put in two panels for the shower door. The panels should have been ¾ inch wider. I had mentioned this to Daniel, when it was first installed, but he said it was normal.
One and a half years later, the shower door was leaking all over. He came back and checked the shower, and removed a few pieces of plastic. So, it is worse than before. I was not able to contact him for a month and left a 1 star review
Edit 10÷2÷2015:
Daniel contacted me, and apologized for not replying, since he was out of country. He did go back to our home, and redid the panels (which is expensive). Thanks to him for fixing an earlier mistake.
Overall, I was not happy initially. Since he fixed the issue, I am updating the rating to account for the good customer service I got after he came back from vacation.

A D Windows really came in clutch. I had to fix a window because I locked myself out of the house with the oven on late at night. I contacted them and I got a response the next day, and we planned to fix the window the day after that! The repair was super fast and it looks super amazing! I appreciate the quality work! These guys were everything I expected. I called them to see if they could fix a very old broken room window and they told me to text a picture so that they could quote me. Got a quote and the next morning they showed up right on time and fixed my window in no time. Friendly, great communication, easy transaction. I would highly recommend using their service again! My son threw a water balloon at his brother’s bedroom window and it shattered miserably. Ugh! I looked at Unilocal to find a repair company and I found AD Window Services. I called and spoke to Alvaro. He said he could come the next day! The cool thing is he had me take a picture of the window with my cell phone and gave me an accurate estimate minutes later. The next morning he was scheduled to come at 8:30 AM but got an emergency call to repair windows after break-​in. Alvaro called me at 7:00 AM to ask if it was okay to come the next day. Of course! He showed up promptly as scheduled, was very nice and professional.
The repair took more time than he had expected (because of the type of frame). He did not charge me a penny more than the original estimate. I would definitely use AD Window Services again.

Super impressed with A D Window Services! They answer/​return phone calls promptly, VERY fair pricing (I called 3 other window guys to get different quotes), they accommodate your schedule and are ON-​TIME! We had the pleasure of working with Cheney– thank you SO MUCH! I was impressed with their timing and their empathy. Being burglarized with a child and cats, it was imperative that I get the windows fixed on time. The crew pulled together, worked diligently, and fixed our patio door as promised. I recommend AD service to anyone whose in a fix!
