At A to B Property Management we provide property management services for owners who wish to have their real property managed by a professional group of highly trained and experienced property management staff. Serving you from our offices in Campbell and Fremont, our office staff coordinates all the property management functions so that your real property will be managed efficiently. Business Owner

Bob Nastasi is the owner and President of A to B Property Management and Realty. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1985 and a

Broker since 1992. He has successfully managed and sold close to 1000 bank owned properties. Being a Certified Distressed Property Expert, he also has experience with short sales. He continuously

attends meetings, classes, and seminars, and is constantly learning new things in today’s changing market.

Mr. Nastasi grew up in New York and graduated from University of Florida with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.S. in Chemistry.

A to B Property Management is absolutely fantastic. It was my first experience of becoming a landlord, and I was very concerned about many little unfamiliar details. Bob and his team, however, were so professional, helpful and attentive to details, that is was a big relief. They patiently went over all of the details of the contract with me; they helped me to find right people for remodeling of my condo, as well as hauling services. Everything was completed on time, prices were very reasonable. They placed my condo on rental market, AND excellent tenants were found just a few days later! I am very, very impressed by this great job done, and I am very happy that my property has great managers.

Nayelly Barba has been managing our complex and has done an excellent job of handling the many difficulties that occur. Our complex was at its worse and she did an excellent job of improving the appearance tremendously. This is the first time in years that I have seen such significant improvements and today we have a much-​improved complex thanks to her dedication. She has been able to keep our costs at or below budget every year and she has been able to manage emergencies that arise. She has saved us money by performing preventative maintenance on our complex and she is excellent in identifying potential problems. I would recommend Nayelly to anyone who has property that they need managed in an economical and efficient manner. I can honestly say she has gone above and beyond in servicing our properties & is very knowledgeable who knows significantly about many different aspects of property maintenance and management. I am extremely impressed by Nayelly’s professionalism and expertise. She is a person of excellent character and integrity. I have been very pleased with Nayelly’s professionalism, attitude, and exceptional service.

Anyone can collect rent and post an ad for your property, but, what distinguishes a so-​so manager from a great one is how they deal with problems and issues. A to B Property has done an excellent job with dealing with difficult situations, and we feel totally comfortable having them manage our property. They are very professional, responsive, and take care of issues in a timely manner, and they communicate well.

I’m a homeowner and working with A to B was my first experience working with a property management company to rent out my condo. I’ve been more than pleased with the service I’ve received from the team. I worked most closely with Aya on Bob’s team, and she’s been fantastic. She took the time to walk me through all the details of the process, and my different options for renting out the condo. She patiently dealt with my many questions and was very responsive through email and over the phone. Once the contract was signed, she found tenants quickly, but also kept an eye out for any red flags so that I wouldn’t get any problem tenants, which I really appreciate. Receiving my payments automatically every month makes things easy and overall this has been a painless process. I’m really glad I chose to work with A to B and would recommend them to anyone!

Things we are impressed with:
1. Bob took his time to go over the contract and helped us understand clearly what we are agreeing on. Bob also provided us legal advices regarding to our property.
2. He patiently addressed all our questions and concerns.
3. Great marketing resulting in us being able to rent our property at the price that we are comfortable with.
4. A to B treats both landlords and tenants well creating a win-​win relationship.
5. Actions are taken immediately to resolve tenants/​landlords concern. We asked A to B to help us with spring cleaning for the property. 2 days later we have a quote. We approved the work and 3 days later the work was done. Resulting in happy tenant.
6. Everything is taken care off and we have peace of mind that our property is well managed.
