Jared was excellent on getting back to me on the price quote. Better prices than than any laser cutting shop in the South Bay area.
Jared has the largest CNC cutting table I’ve ever seen. That means they can make really large designs!

Having a local, knowledgable fabricator for acrylic and plastics is Super Awesome! I’ve used Acrylonics for custom jobs for my customers: I create a design /​drawing, give it to Acrylonics, they check it out, ask any questions and even offer advise on the best suitable way to make something! I’ve gotten projects done on-​time and with completely beautiful results. Rick takes the time to put little details like burnishing the raw edges of plastic, rounding edges (if you want), offering cleaning solutions to keep the custom displays perfect and shiny. I’ve been more than happy on the handful of projects I’ve worked with them on. I actually found this place after prototyping something at TAP plastics and found Acrylonics to be way more knowledgable, faster turn around time, less expensive, and better final quality. (They are also fairly close to TAP in San Jose.)
Acrylonics has laser cutting, so my custom die cut shapes weren’t made by a band saw, for example. I actually received my goods nicely packaged in plastic vs from TAP where the sticky back paper wasn’t even removed properly from the plastic sheet. [They can do laser etch, but they send that off-​site.]
I’m a total fan of this local manufacturer and would recommend even challenging custom bends and designs to them. They work hard and are always offering great consultation. They use Adobe Illustrator files and can quote bulk jobs as well as single prototypes.
