Joseph is extremely professional and efficient. Not only did he meet with us at our convenience, he never pushed us to get more than we needed nor used scare tactics. He listened to our concerns and answered every one of our questions confidently and quickly. I never felt that we were being taken advantage of. He went above and beyond for us and his commutations were always timely. I highly recommend his services.

Joseph was referred to me by a fellow co-​worker. I spoke to him over the phone and explained what I needed. He was courteous and made me feel confident that this is what I needed. He came to my house the same day and gave me a consultation to make a decision. I accepted. Within a few days, the installation was complete. I must say, I’m pretty satisfied with ADT and the people.

Professionalism and knowing the product is a big deal to me, especially when I dislike people trying to sell things to me. I’ve heard of ADT before but didn’t know much about it and I’ve seen many of their signs in front of homes. I was approached at home with ADT. I didn’t have a security system for my home so I gave Jose Rodriguez and his team a chance to explain to me what ADT was about. I was given exceptional information about what items would be good for my type of house. They were very friendly, not pushy and definitely didn’t try to force me to purchase. We spent about 40 minutes together. I was convinced to go with ADT after they listened to my concerns as I know there have been a few crimes reported at nearby businesses. An installer was scheduled to come by two days later.
The installer came by on time as scheduled. Jose was with him so that made me feel more at ease since he was the one I closed the deal with. I’m pretty pleased with the customer service and the professionalism, given the fact that I wasn’t even looking for this type of service. Thank you to Jose and his team!
