Overall not impressed
Quality of chocolate fountain, great, they even threw in some extra chocolate for free which I appreciated.
It was a hit with all of my wedding guests, which was the goal.
My complaints are with the pestering from the company itself.
As the bride planning my wedding and working full time, I wasn’t able to take their million phone calls up until the wedding. I kept in contact letting them know this via email and the calls kept coming, even after it was paid in full and I had confirmed multiple times what I wanted and the date and time. Should be all they needed right? Apparently not.
To top off my frustration with the pestering, they asked to MEET with me to go over everything the week before my wedding. I couldn’t believe it. You’d think they’d worked enough events to know how much is going on at that time! And what there was to go over I still have no idea. I again emailed and said I didn’t find that necessary and that this email was my final confirmation. But there was still more. They proceeded to call at 6PM the night before my wedding while I was on my way to my rehearsal dinner trying to get me to include more to my package. I was so mad, I gave the phone to my bridesmaid to finish everything because I couldn’t even deal with something as small as a chocolate fountain.
So the evening of the reception they were late to setup and the chocolate was still melting as guests started arriving. So embarrassing.
Then the girl came so late to pick it up my family was waiting at the venue for an extra hour to wait for her to come.
I acknowledge that over communicating may be better than not communicating at all, but the added stress was just so unnecessary after repeatedly telling them to stop.
Maybe my booking wasn’t high profile enough for them to treat the event as a priority since the chocolate fountain was the only thing I rented from them since my experience seems to contradict all the other reviews I’ve read, who knows.
Very disappointing service.

We rented alluring-​occasions for my moms 60 birthday party. Jerrilyn was grrrreat! She took time to meet us and explained the contract in detail. She made things easy. delivered /​picked up on time. Will definitely rent from them again.

Jerrilyn is a person who wants to make sure that your event runs smoothly and envisions your wedding through your eyes and places it onto the empty Venue canvas exactly the way you dreamed it would look like.
Details:
The decorations of the ceremony were displayed so beautifully. The little details on the tables placed in a way that you never imagined it would like, but Jerrilyn knew exactly the image that any Bride imagined.
Coordination:
Jerrilyn is very punctual and very coordinated with her own staff members. She was able to complete everything in a timely manner.
Communication:
Jerrilyn is very passionate about her work and it was very easy to get a hold of her to discuss anything that was needed or any questions that you may have had. Always e-​mailed or called back promptly.
Services:
I was able to order ceremony setup, chiavari chairs, table linens, cocktail tables, backdrops, silverware, plates, napkins, and glassware.
Overall:
From the talks to the ideas to the decorations. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Jerrilyn is definitely a professional wedding decorator. I was able to see the wedding I always wanted and Thank Jerrilyn for being able to help me live this dream wedding.

I love how jerrilyn help me out with the decoration for my daughters baptism. She make averything looked so beautiful and classy. I was in love with the center pieces and all of my guest were very amazed of the decoration :)
