Arpad is an amazing person and an experienced realtor. He guided us through the process of buying two investment properties in the bay area. He has very good knowledge of the area. He explained all possible strategies and tactics for an investment property. He also helped us to narrow down areas based on our requirements.
He makes sure that you understand and see positives and the negatives aspects of a home carefully — he tries to go way beyond what the disclosures reveal — more often his predictions are very accurate.
He is very punctual, patient and follows the process diligently. He is ready with answers to your questions even before you know you had them! He gives a point by point explanation, and multiple viewpoints to look at the things with different angle. He is very responsive and worked with us very patiently several weekends and late nights and long phone calls.
He made it very easy and enjoyable throughout the process. Highly recommend Arpad to anyone.

Arpad helped us buy our first home recently, and to say the very least, he is a thorough professional and an extremely knowledgeable and patient realtor. He was/​is quite responsive to emails, makes sure he answers our questions up to our satisfaction. He also worked very cohesively with our lender and was very diligent in making sure we closed quickly and within the timing guidelines. He worked with us closely to confirm that the house was in good condition before we closed, and he also spent a lot of time and effort in ascertaining the overall cost to improve/​remodel the house (which really, he is not obligated to do, as a realtor — that shows how far he is willing to go to help us). We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Arpad. We had such a great experience buying our first home with him by our side that we went ahead and asked him to sell our home three years later. As we prepped our home before listing, Arpad was already hard at work marketing our «coming soon» property. It received hundreds of views on various websites and created demand before we were ready to put signs up. We had one open house the first week on the market, and it sold for all cash (over asking) the same day. Arpad doesn’t just have a knack for selling houses — he’s one of the best negotiators I’ve seen in action (could have gone into law, if you ask me). Because of his firm but kind approach, we were able to live in our home rent free for 30 days giving us the time we needed to relocate. Arpad took the time to really understand our purchasing criteria and inform us about the process involved, which was a level of customer service we definitely appreciated as first-​time homebuyers.
When we toured a home or evaluated making an offer, he provided good advice and always made sure we knew the pros and cons of every property. Arpad was recommended to us by a friend (who is also an attorney) and I couldn’t be happier with him. He’s incredibly knowledgeable– he grew up in the area and his father Gene is also a realtor/​broker. Some of the many great and unique qualities he possesses are: patience, grasp of market trends, detailed comp analysis, negotiation skills and strategy, thoroughness, and his pleasant demeanor. He actually discouraged us from buying a number of properties (priced between $ 1 and $ 2 million) due to land use and/​or structural issues. He is up front, honest, and not at all pushy. We looked for over a year and ended up getting our perfect house: a 3,000+ square foot home with Los Altos schools for less than the asking price– which is relatively unheard of in the current market. We purchased a 2bed/​2bath Condo in Santa Clara a few years back from Arpad (is that a Hungarian name?) and he was fantastic! When went decided to look at several units to view, Arpad showed us around and provided us with lots of details — not only about the units themselves, but also the surrounding area — schools, businesses, freeways. Some of the other agents we’ve seen just stand around and let their buyers just walk around without offering any advice or help, which I thought was somewhat strange and unprofessional. My wife and I didn’t know the first thing about buying property, so it was awesome that he would proactively ask us about our requirements, short term/​long term stay, family/​schools.
We will definitely use Arpad with our next transaction. Thank you Arpad!!!
