Business Owner

Arthur has worked in the field of Education and Counseling Psychology since 1976. The Counseling Psychology Private Practice was started in 1980. Arthur has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. He has extensive experience working with children and young adults, couples therapy, and individual clients to facilitate the development of life skills, communication strategies that work, and life period transitions work.
