I took my new Mazda here to get the windows tinted because I saw the Groupon offer. I called to set up an appointment and Carlos was very helpful on the phone. I made an appointment for right when they opened in the morning a few days later. When I showed them my car I asked if they would be able to install some interior LEDs that I bought online, they told me of course, and asked where I wanted them, and how I wanted them wired. The installation price they gave me took me a bit by surprise, but when he explained what they would have to do to get them installed I figured it was a fair price. They told me the job would take maybe 2 – 4 hours, so I just decided to hang out at the shop in the meantime.
When I got there in the morning it was about an hour and a half before they took my car inside to begin the work. I didn’t really mind because even though I had an appointment I noticed there were other people that had appointments as well and their shop isn’t big enough to take more than a couple cars in at once. After a few hours of waiting I went to check on the status and it looked like the car was hardly touched yet. I explained I had to go to a class that I could not be late for that afternoon, and I needed the car ready by then. The work took far longer than I expected and I had to keep telling them I was going to be late. I eventually got it back right before my class began so I had to jam out of there as fast as I could. However, I was still satisfied that the tint turned out great, and the LEDs were installed nicely as well. They were very nice negotiating prices so I got a good deal on the windows, and they ended not charging me for the LEDs. I was happy with the prices and I appreciated that Bobby offered me plenty of other cool customizations and good deals if I decide to come back again. I will probably be coming back (but on a day when I have no classes or places to be) to have my rims painted, which is something Bobby offered. He told me to send him a picture of my rims so he could give me an estimate. I emailed the shop twice a few weeks ago and received no reply yet.
Other than the time it takes for the work and the organization issues with the appointments, I still like this shop and the guys there. The quality of work wasn’t 100% perfect (a few faint bubbles, and I had to re-​glue one of the LED strips once) but I was impressed how it came out.
My recommendations: call them to set up an appointment early in the morning on a day when you have no other obligations, and don’t try emailing them, it doesn’t seem to work.

Highly recommend this shop! Bobby and his crew really took care me last night. I stopped by with a headlight out and before we even got started Bobby broke down the 3 things that could be the cause of my headlight out and how much each repair would cost. I appreciated the information up front. Once he opened the hood and took a look at my headlight he saw how janky the previous installation was. I had no idea as this is how I bought my car several years ago. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle and fixed what the previous people had done and so much more. They treated me like family.
Going here from now on with any custom work I need for our cars and will be the first to send people their way. These guys were awesome and definitely made my night. I am so grateful for the time they spent.

It’s been a little over a month and the rear speakers they sold me aren’t working. Awesome, right out of their warranty period! This place really sucks. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

SERIOUSLY?!
Not once, but TWICE has this place screwed up. The first time we dropped out car off at noon and said we would be back after work to pick it up and was told no issue. Get here in the evening and they hadn’t even started on the car! Second time, we come in for an appointment and much to our surprise a 20 – 35 minute job has been taking closer to 2 hours! The (for lack of better words) receptionist walked out without faxing our paper work that we have been waiting on! The mechanic just came in to see if our paperwork had been completed when we told him their employee has not sent it he said WE have to take a send them a photo of the paper!
This place is so beyond crooked & unorganized it is ridiculous! I wonder how places like this stay in business?
If you can avoid this place, I strongly suggest you do! Go to any other place… No joke!

I’m giving this place 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt. For window tinting I would give them a solid 1 star. A second star because maybe they are good at other things.
I got my driver and passenger windows tinted by Auto Image Custom. The first time they did it they were pretty quick. Couldn’t roll down the windows for 5 days (standard) while they cured. Once they did cure, there were bubbles on both windows from contamination getting between the film and the glass. I’ve had just about every one of my cars tinted and this has never been an issue.
I went back about a month later to get the job redone under their lifetime warranty.
I had an appointment at 9:00 am, and got there just before then. I waited until 9:26 for someone to show up and open the shop. I pointed out the flaws and they tried to trick me into believing that it was normal. They said that there is nothing they can do about it, dirt just gets in the air sometimes.
Since I had so many other cars tinted, I knew they were lying, and the contamination bubbles were caused by them doing work in a dirty environment. They said they would redo the work, but that contamination bubbles might be there again.
At least they got that right. Waited another 5 days for the windows to cure fully, and there are contamination bubbles again.
This shop is not good at doing tint jobs, they even know that their environment is too dirty to do it right. Go to a dedicated tint shop that can get the job done right.
Late to appointments, mediocre customer service, terrible tint work. A solid 1 star shop in my experience, only because they didn’t refuse to cover their work, but like I said, maybe they deserve more than 1 star for being good at something else.

I highly recommend this place. I got my Dodge Charger wrapped in Matte Black and got some new 6’9″ door speakers installed in my car. My car look way tighter now! Carlos knows what looks good and what doesn’t. Yea I didn’t get my car right on time but it came out right, perfection can’t be rushed theses guys are artist. A high volume of customers come here because they know what they are doing so the timing may not be perfect every time. Checkout my Unilocal profile photo, I’m the one on the right. Best auto detail and customization place hands down! Great pricing and customer service as well! I have taken few cars of mine and have referred friends and all are as satisfied. I’ve gotten window tints, rims, detail, and hands free bluetooth system. Highly recommend!

Based on Unilocal reviews– we brought our car here. We had problems with customer service: including agreed upon timing –start time/​pick up time. Do not expect a call back from the place… disorganized.
Note: The window job on the car was well done.

This place was great. Prices are negotiable, if you know the price range for what you’re there for and if you pay with cash. I came in to get my front windows tinted and an eyebrow strip. The guys there were very friendly. One of the guys was wearing a Cukui shirt and I asked him if he was a J Boog fan. Come to find out, all of the employees got a care package from J Boog recently because he was getting some work done on an old car! Apparently he comes here often. 5 stars for great service & Hawaiian reggae.

Bobbi installed the sub for my car and now it sounds really loud with a lot of bass. You get what you pay for. Prices can be negotiable. Didn’t have any issues with the customer service. They have a lot of equipment and services! I’m going in to get my windows tinted this week so hopefully I’ll have an update of the work! The cars that are tinted in the front of the shop look very nice so we shall see!

This place is a joke. Made an appointment last week to get my jeep srt8 plasti dipped at 9am today. I show up and Carlos isn’t there. I waited 45 minutes and still no show. Then I tell his shop assistant to call him to see where he’s at. Assistant tells me the parts never came in and also informed me that I wasn’t even on the schedule! Carlos, you had a week to inform me of this before I stood around and wasted my time. Avoid this place.

Second car I had tinted and I got great deals n great service. Wish I would have used this cupon on my deal also. The boss got my srx looking real bossy. thanks ms lady. i had plans for the evening and she met my schedule .jump right on my car. Job well done Thanks! !!

Do not go to this place. Very poor customer service with standard work.
Dropped off my vehicle only to find out that they attempted to charge me more after the estimate as well as take much longer than expected. When I went to pick up the vehicle the owner Carlos ripped my receipt out of my hand as well as my keys because he had handed me the incorrect receipt. Very rude.
When the owner of a business is speaking down to your mother with such disrespect there are no words to describe this type of behavior.
Probably could not have had a worse experience with a car shop.
I was told that my vehicle was completed and that I would be able to pick up only to find that they had not yet finished the vehicle. I ended up waiting for hours only for them not to finish the vehicle.
If you are going to spend money on your car I would encourage you to do so else where.

This is a family owned business. They are wonderful! Excellent customer service, they really worked with me. I am on a very limited budget and the had a Groupon special, it was a great experience. They are very knowledgeable, and they do so much more than just tinting.
We should all support family owned businesses. Good honest people!

I found this place through Groupon and called them to ask about pricing and warranty. Everything sounded fine (spoke with Carlos) and they even gave a quote without having me purchase the deal through Groupon.
The car gets worked on and there’s a bunch of bubbles which they say will go away after several days. A week goes by and the bubbles remain. Since they promised a lifetime warranty, the car gets brought back in for another five hours to get worked on (this is now totaling 8hrs of work).
The car gets picked up and again, some bubbles and a line/​gash which they again say will go away. Well, another week goes by and there are still bubbles and the gash on one side of the car. Brought it back to them and they say that it’s minor and this is just too picky to complain about. Really? Because no other time has this happened with other places with previous cars. Usually it’s done correctly the first time around. The manager had the audacity to say they’ll re-​do it one more time but that’s it. Wth happened to lifetime warranty? Plus, you’re not doing your customer a favor when they have to leave their car with you and have no transportation for long periods.
Total BS business ethics! You’re spending a lot of money on a car already, find a better place to get your tint work done correctly. Terrible experience, I’d give it a zero star if possible. Waste of time and money.

My girlfriend saw the groupon deal they had and referred me to them, so I called them up on monday and inquired about the deal. The gentleman on the other end was very nice and informative. He told me that he would cut me a deal better than the groupon if I were to schedule the appointment on Thursday (not same day), which I had absolutely no problem with, since I am getting the better price after all!
Got there to my appointment two hours late due to obligations, so they left me a voicemail message. I apologized for the inconvenience caused, but they were still very friendly and let me bring my car in same day, which I really appreciated.
Arrived there and it was not hard to find at all. I believe a gentleman name Josh helped me out, he was very helpful and friendly as well. He told me it would be done in about 4 hours, and that is exactly how long it took them to do all 9 windows on my GTI. When I went back to pick up my car, this other gentleman was really cool as well, suggesting other services that they do including wrapping and everything, definitely will keep that in mind!
Overall I think they took great care of me and my vehicle. I have brought two other cars to other tinting places in the past, but neither experience compared to what Auto Image Custom provided me today. Price AND staff were BOTH excellent. I definitely will do business with them again.
PS: One thing I got to note is that I really did not expect them to tint even the front tiny triangle windows on the front driver and passenger doors for me, since he other places would not include tinting for those two window for my girlfriend’s Honda Fit. I’m genuinely surprised at the honesty and workmanship these guys offer.

This place was great! My boyfriend got me the groupon for 4 windows to be tinted. I had a total of 9 windows on my car to get tinted so that helped me out a bunch!
The guys here, I worked with both Bobby (owner) and John, are great. Very nice and knowledgable. They are patient and will help you pick what you want.
My windows came out great! No weird streaks or anything, some tiny air bubbles but I can only see them because I’m OCD. They should be okay I think.
Best part, lifetime warranty!

Wow, I am very surprised of the low reviews that this place has gotten. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO! For your Car Stereo Installation, Auto Detailing, and Auto Glass Services. I came to this shop for all of those purposes and I would like to say that this is the best Customer Service I have ever received, Service that most shops don’t offer.
I came here for a Stereo deck installation, and Carlos (Owner of Auto Image Custom), Bobby (Detail), and John (Vinyl Wrap) were the men who I’ve talked to, They provided me The Best Service and gave me great deals that I could ever ask for, Even better than Best Buy in my perspective since I am a employee there that offers Car Audio Installations. For my Sub Installation which i brought in for them to install which were the 12″ L7 KICKERS with a 2400 AMP and a Kicker Amp Kit.
Bobby was the only guy working on my Subs when i came to check on the progress and he got it done just on time when I needed it to be finished Which was on point! Apparently I was suppose to get my interior detailed that day as well but his Awesome detailer that has done my exterior here in the picture has been really booked for other cars as well, Thats when Bobby offered me free Interior HID Lights and other free stuff as well for the inconveniences of getting it done that day. When it comes to detailing GO TO BOBBY HES THE MAN! and as for John, He Decal the Logo HG (Hella Grounded) on the windshield for me and i decided to keep it because it Looked really great on my car. So I went on vacation for 3 of the 5 days that I am supposed to not roll down the windows. I came back and saw that the air bubbles were still there. I called them back to tell them I wanted to bring my car back in and have them fix their mistakes.
They told me that because I had a previous tint and that because they had to remove it, it is hard to get a retint perfect because the previous tint may sometimes leave a residue. Hearing this, I thought it was an excuse for them doing a sloppy job! I mean, there are 7 windows that had to get tinted on my car and only 1 window did not have any air bubbles on it. There is a warranty that they will fix the tint whenever it gets messed up. Does this mean that there will be air bubbles again when I bring it back?
Anyways I brought my car back in when I had a chance and had them fix the 6 windows that had air bubbles in it. This time around, I think they did a better job. There still might be air bubbles in 1 or 2 of the windows but I’m just going to let it be since it was such a huge inconvenience for me to be without my car.
