Worst apt ever. Crack head neighbors. Office staff is a joke. The grounds aren’t maintained its a junk show. You’d be better off at a 3 star hooker motel. Do yourself a favor and don’t move to Foxchase apts. You’ll regret it.

I lived there in 2000 for one year at the height of the Internet bubble and it was a nice place. It was a well kept, one bedroom(1st floor unit) apartment with beautiful grounds and it cost $ 1,380 per month back then. The only gripe I had was that I personally received a sewer bill every month which I thought that was sort of strange. It would be interesting to hear how much they are now. I walked to both the VTA light rail and grocery shopping since they are only a short walk away. I thought it was a very nice, clean and convenient place to live.

They are now known as «Foxchase Apartments». Two words: Absolutely aweful! Sure, the apartments are livable, but that is where it ends for Foxchase Apartments. The staff is incompetent, and they are totally inconsiderate. In the last month, our water has been turned off TWICE without us being told, we have a tree blocking the access to our apartment they still have not trimmed, and they conveniently«lost» our moving paperwork. We were warned not to move in… tales of cars being lit on fire on the street in the middle of the day didn’t keep us away. I wish they had.

I moved in to Foxchase in May and immediately after they came under new management. I absolutely love this place. Not only is the neighborhood extremely quiet and well kept. I moved right in front of the pool area and I have no problems whatsoever with noise. The people in the area are real respectful and quiet. And the property is beautiful. The management just put all bran new chairs and patio tables at the pool. It’s gorgeous-I could not say enough about how happy I am here. I spent 3 years in Campbell and I hated the apartment complex-hated it. I have had one complaint about Foxchase, my AC was old and did not work well-they told me they would replace it with a new one within 3 days. The next day I had a beautiful bran new AC(with a remote). This is definitely a long term place for me and my teenage girls. I love it! UPDATE: Still living at Foxchase and enjoying it. I just signed a 2 year lease and they lowered my rent to do so. Very happy here.
