Azie’s Auto Body & Frame Shop

I will never ever take my car to get fixed here again. Took them over 2 months to fix the body of my car. Two months is ridiculous. I wish I could give them no stars. Very poor customer service and only takes cash. What kinda business is that to only take cash. Sounds like something fishy to me. Very shady stay away from him and his shop. I’m one pissed off customer and will never return for repeat business. Took 2 months to replace my passenger side doors, really!!! STAY AWAY.

This guy is Insane. read carefully. he might be good for paint job but not repairing cars. I have 2 stories to share about this worst body and frame shop
1. I gave my car to him after an accident. Thought off he’ll fix it and give it to me in decent time frame. It took him bloody 5 months to return my car. After a week of receiving my car, i started hearing a noise in my car front bearings. And then i went back to him again (Of course because of my false faith), and he (Azie) told me «it’s just a dust, you can drive your car and go for long drive with your family without any tension». But again after 2 day i was getting the same noise and this time i went to Honda Certified Dealer in Milpitas — «South Bay Honda». And they told me that my car bearing is broken and so the chasis, and if i go for longer drive, my car engine can pop out. And to double check i asked my insurance company to do the inspection and they also confirmed the same.
See he is so-​irresponsible. For him only money matters
2. I referred one of my family friend to Azie (before my car was fixed), to fix his Audi car windows. to fix it it took him 3 months and whenever we used to call him for follow up, he always give wrong answers like i am out of town, i had a heart attack and in a hospital for a surgery (imagine a guy receiving a call and answering them after heart heart attack-he’s such a lair). Later when my friend received his from this culprit (Azie), he realized that he’s car is not getting start. So he called «AAA» to fix his battery and his original battery was installed and covered by «AAA». So he thought of calling them to fix his battery. Imagine what happen, when «AAA» company folks checked his battery, they realized, it’s not the same battery they have installed year before and it’s after market battery. So this bloody culprit (Azie) replaced his new battery to old battery. He’s such a burglar as well.
Note: He don’t have a dedicated team of people to work. he always get people on our basis and not sure how professional they are.
Guys be careful. I would rather recommend to go to certified dealer and get your car fixed. I know it’s bit expensive but at least. they are safe and trust worthy

I’m giving them a 5 star not only for the excellent service but for also putting up with every worry I had.
I left my Dodge Ram with Azie with worry it wasn’t gonna look the same as before my accident. However, when my husband picked up the truck it was simply A-​M-​A-​Z-​I-​N-​G!!! It looked better then before the accident. This shop treats you like family. You honestly leave giving hugs !! I would defiantly recommend this shop to anyone & you be crazy to go anywhere else! The best part is we got so many complements about our truck and we have only had it back for 1 day!

WOW! Where do I begin??? I was referred to Azie’s Auto Body after a recent accident. The first thing I did was login to Unilocal and noticed there were not many reviews which initially made me nervous.
First and foremost I am SHOCKED by the lack of reviews. This must be San Jose’s best kept secret. Sadly, I was in an accident within the last two years and had my car repaired elsewhere by a well known place with outstanding reviews and guess what??? Azie’s far exceeded this other place in all areas. The Auto Body work, mechanical work, and the detail were ABOVE AND BEYOND.
Rosie pretty much runs this shop :) she is the BOMB! very friendly, knowledgable and a no BS individual which speaks volumes to me.
I will not use another Auto Body shop ever again and I will always recommend them to anyone. If you want your service done thoroughly, professionally and the right way you will go to Azie’s.

I was referred to Azie’s many years ago for some damage to my Accord. Since then, they have worked on 3 other vehicles for me. The work is A1 and the service is as good as it gets. Plus, they are very friendly and eager to please. I never hesitate to use Azie’s or refer them to anyone I know.

My car was Key’ed by some idiot and my whole car had to be re-​painted. I went to Azie’s to have it painted and I am so Happy I did! His team did an Amazing job, my car looks brand new. I loved how they detailed my car for me before handing it back and the service was always so nice and welcoming. I would Recomend everyone to Azie’s, you just cant find good hearted people who actually care about you and what your going through anymore! Thank You Azie & Crew!

I had my car hit in a collision both from front and rear. I took to Azi’s Auto Body with recommendation from my friend. He assured me that he will get the car out brand new; in his language «Bride» and he kept his promise. The Car was detailed inside out and was really really clean. I can not see a single blemish on any of the repairs. Just perfect!
He did a great job and took care of all hassles with insurance too. I just dropped and drove the car back with one phone call to my insurance to report that my car is left in his shop. Thats it.
I like the owner and his professionalism.

We have been going to Azies for 15 years. There was a long break with no auto issues and my daughter got sideswiped by someone who was decent enough to leave a note on the car. We went back to Azies and it was like no time had passed since the last time we brought a car to him. His shop was friendly, professional and my daughter’s car looks brand new. Azie truly delighted in the fact that my daughter was so happy to see her car brand new again. They went over and above what I expected. The car was cleaned inside and out. This service is rare for an organization in this day and age!

Good place. Good people. They have been in business a long time and know what they’re doing and if they don’t, they know who does or who to refer you to.

it’s owned by a persian, but run by a vietnamese guy. I know! its odd!
Anyway, they do great job here. They order pretty much from the original manufacture so none of those after market stuff. well unless you want to.
When they’re done with my car, it’s practically branch new. I didn’t see any minor imperfection like i would at other body shop.
I recommended this place to my friend when his Lexus got hit, but his bend on going to the one that his insurance recommended and what happen? they fuck it up and he’s end up going back 3 times and still it’s doesn’t look good.
The location can be in a better location, but all auto body shop like to be in one place. So don’t judge by it location.
