Finally found a Salon where appointments are being kept. No double booking no 45min waiting time. So all for that approach. Annie is very professional business owner who cares for her reputation and what comes with that for her clients‼
I found this place because really wanted to try Bio Seaweed gel polish and Annie is using only this brand (has all the colors so don’t worry about limited color choices). I must say that I really LoE BioSeaweed polish (doesn’t damage my nails at all) but what’s more important Annie does a wonderful job. Her mani is awesome, the way she cares for your natural nails and quality of the finished product (my nails always come out perfect) makes me come back to her and not looking for more Bay Area options
I highly recommend Annie as well as her team (had awesome pedi there done too by other girl and she was the best but can’t remember her name).
They are pretty much booked in advance so make sure to call before going there.

I had bad experiences even with CND and Gelish nail techs. Reputable tools don’t make a good nail technician.
I got the full set gel manicure with Bio Seaweed Gel. Annie was very careful and meticulous with my nails. She never made me feel rushed or awkward for being silent. I was so happy she didn’t use a heavily fragranced moisturizer.
I asked her about her experience with derma rolling and she had been trained for 5 years. She said she didn’t want to do micro needling on my face until after my wedding because reactions vary. We are scheduled for a deep clean facial in two weeks.
For the nail design, she had to alter the original because my ring fingers are size 3.75. The example nail chip fit on my thumbnail! I think she did a great job.
I think I will keep coming.

What a great experience! Comfortable seating, gentle music, and no chemical odor. The owner, Annie, and her staff take their time to give a great manicure or pedicure, so allow extra time, but you’ll love the results they get with less toxic products than most places use.
Don’t be shy about asking for nail art — Annie can do amazing things on such a small canvas, and I love adding artwork to gel because it stays so long without chipping.
It surprised me to discover that they offer more than just nail services. My daughter had a makeover (for prom).
The staff here is so nice and not stressed out, it is always a pleasant experience.

I am a regular customer of Annie. I usually come back for manicure. it is very affordable. I like her products. They don’t have strong or strange smells. Besides, she is so good at details. She shapes my nails as the way I like. She also cuts the hard skin around nails to make hands look clean and nice.
I brought my mom this time, Nina did a beautiful design for my mom. My mom’s nails are short, it is a bit hard to apply gel, but she makes it look beautiful. She is patient with customer. Well done. Great customer service.
In short, Annie leads a strong and responsible team.

I went here a lot while pregnant to avoid nasty chemicals and get pampered. The ladies here are so lovely. They do such a great job on the pedicures. So luxurious and since they use non toxic products I don’t have to worry.
I had gels done for my bump photo shoot and they were beautiful!

Scheduled an appt with Annie! She is so sweet and was able to recreate a negative space nail art design I found on Google! The nail polish didn’t smell at all! I was most happy about how beautiful and clean my nails looked and how friendly everyone was! Definitely book with Annie!

Went with two girlfriends earlier this week. We were all so looking forward to it for many reasons. We picked it because if the great reviews on Unilocal and we needed a clean place. But the tech working cut my friend pretty badly as it bled and throbbed. My friend recently finished chemo so she was worried about infection. The owner wasn’t at all understanding about it or apologetic when asked for a discount since my friend stopped the service at the time of the cut. Her response was that it was her choice to stop and her face turned steely and so unfriendly. The tech who did it was apologetic and contrite but she doesn’t control the check out. That made me disappointed in the shop as I like the idea of it being organic. Also though I wear dish gloves and took care my manicure looked bad by day 2. One positive is when making the appointment the owner was responsive on email.

Beautiful job! Clean and friendly atmosphere. They use organic products, so you don’t get that chemical smell like in the other nail salons. Annie and her staff are excellent at what they do and there’s a genuine kindness they all exude. Annie is a true artist. She is excellent at recreating any design you want on your nails. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on.

Best pedicure ever in my life. Nina_​the youngest girl who did my luxury pedicure. When I first came she is so welcoming and accommodated me right away with bar snack and bottle of water. She is diligent, detailed, and careful take care of me. I can tell that she didn’t rush her job and made me feel completely relaxed. She truly does spoil us :)) awesome Nina!

I booked my gel manicure appt online. It was really simple and easy.
Annie is amazing! She was so kind and understanding as I was 10 minutes late due to the rain (traffic was a nightmare on De Anza). I was offered a bottle of water and a granola bar. :) I immediately asked her if she could recreate a penguin I found online via nail art and she said «absolutely!» with a smile. I was elated. My previous nail place refused to attempt this and it really was upsetting (Kayla’s Nails in Willow Glen).
The organic polish did not smell like the usual chemicals of the shellac gel from other nail salons.
The salon is clean and the serenity of the background music was calming after a long day of work.
Annie, I will be a loyal customer. You’re incredibly talented.

Called for an express mani (which is apparently a mani w/​o massage. i thought it was a «quick» 15 – 20 minute service) on a random weekday morning and was able to get in right away. I like how they have a website with posted prices, and you can also book via Unilocal.The location itself isn’t big but I liked how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. I was specifically looking to use Zoya polishes, but they also carry OPI, OPI infinite shine, Essie, and more.
I didn’t expect to get a full-​on cuticle clean up, but Annie was very meticulous and detailed-​oriented. PLUS extra bonus for not giving me any cuts (unfortunately that happens to me all the time at other salons.)! I asked if she could file my short, square-​ish shaped nails more oval and they came out exactly how I wanted them. The polish color was applied very nicely — no bubbles, perfect edges. They are a little bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. I’ll definitely be back next time for any mani/​pedi needs, especially after seeing all the cute gel designs on display!

Have just check out this nail salon again, just do manicure and of course they always do good job. They have a new collection nail design (marble nail design) u should check it out :))

Extremely overdue update, but better late than never, right?
After coming to this place over the summer, I was so sad to leave the Bay for school. When I visited Annie over Thanksgiving break, she not only remembered my name + phone number but also knew what I was studying! She truly cares about her clients and never falters in her commitment to providing the best service. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

I came in because it was near school and I had a long gap so I decide to get my nails done since my birthday is coming up and you know, I felt like looking pretty. ANYWAYS, I came in and Annie greeted me. She’s super polite and easy to talk to. She asked me how I wanted her to do my nails and I showed a picture I found from Unilocal.She also had me see other photos from her website and I love all her designs! In the end, I stuck with the bear nail art I found on her site. She talked to me while she was working on my nails and I didn’t feel awkward nor uncomfortable at all. I think I found my go to place to do my nails now :)

First time here and really impressed. I booked a gel mani with simple design and a pedi.
Pedi was great! They have full reclining Lazy Boy leather sofas. I almost fell asleep while getting my feet scrubbed and massaged til baby soft. Polish was on point with no smudges, dust or bubbles.
Gel mani was just as great! I didn’t do anything crazy like rhinestones or beading. Just simple and it looked great. I’ve been loving grey lately and Annie did such a good job designing them with a bit of gold lines and dots.
Maybe I might go a little more elaborate next time and try out something fancier. I just can’t sit down for hours for rhinestones. I did it once in LA and it took 4.5 hours. It turned out just like the Japanese Nail art magazines but I literally cannot sit for that long ever again.
They also use organic gels here so they won’t ruin your nails and they last for 2 to sometimes 3 weeks. Highly impressed.
Overall, it’s close by, convenient, clean and relaxing. They are located in the 85 Degrees shopping center.

This place is great! I got my eyelashes done and they look natural and feel comfortable. The service was so good that I scheduled another appointment for a manicure. And if course, they did an excellent job as well! The place is clean, non-​chemical smelling and has a calm ambience. Also, Anne is very friendly and professional. I will definately come back in the near future for other services.
It is pricey but I believe you get what you pay for.

Not the cheapest, but they did a good job. $ 15 for a brow wax was little bit expensive, but I really needed one. Just walked in and Annie, I think the owner, did my brows. The wax room was really nice, well lit with music. Most places close around 6 or 7, but they close at 8pm today when I went. Place itself was really tiny, but clean. most brow waxing is $ 10, but I’m ok with $ 15 depending on who and where it’s done.
Nail 2000 is my usual place, but since I was desperate I came here. Now I have 2 places to go to.

I had been looking for a new nail place and was disappointed in most of the other highly rated shops in the area. I discovered this place a couple months ago and haven’t been anywhere since! I love it’s organic line of products and color selection. I get gel manis since I travel and work with my hands, and the seaweed gel has lasted over three weeks. Annie and her ladies are so nice and accommodating, and Annie has many different types of rhinestones available as well. This last visit I also got a deluxe pedi — the scrub and massage were glorious and lasted much longer than anywhere else I’ve gone. Total for the gel mani with rhinestones and design + deluxe pedi = $ 90. Highly recommended, just be careful with regular polish as I did manage to smudge my pedi as soon as I got home. I think the gel has spoiled me with its no dry time! Also, Annie takes reservations by text, which is so convenient.
p. s. There’s an 85 degrees bakery across the huge parking lot — no problems with parking, and delicious pastries and drinks after I get my nails done? YES PLEASE.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had.
Preface this with some background info about myself: I am the least picky person when it comes to nails. If/​when I ever do paint my nails, I’m unphased by the crappy job I do on my own, and once done — I leave on for months and let it chip down to nothing. Bc I care that little.
SO for me to come home and remove my polish IMMEDIATELY after paying $ 55 plus tip… there has to be something seriously wrong.
Photos couldn’t capture how bad this was, but I gave it a try.
Started out fine. Like others, I was lured by the «organic» aspect. Called to make an appointment. Woman on the phone said they could see me in 10 minutes. Got there, place was empty. Looked clean and nice enough, comfy looking recliners. Just wanted a simple mani/​pedi. So far so good.
Couldn’t decide between colors so the manicurist helped me choose and was patient while I did so. Very sweet.
She got to work and the experience was pretty relaxing. No complaints there.
I could tell she was laying on the polish pretty thick. I know when I do that, the end result is lumpy, air-​bubbly, gross-​looking nails. But I figured she knew what she was doing. And how could I have intervened anyway?
As I’m sitting through my pedicure and waiting for my mani to dry, another woman who works there comes by, asks «oh are these gels?» and touches one of my nails pretty firmly (to check, I guess). Boom. Fingerprint in the wet paint of my right middle finger. WHAT? Why?
I show my manicurist the damage. She responds, «It’s OK.»
Me: «Can you please fix it?»
She puts on more top coat to smooth it out. Works, but now the polish is even thicker, lumpier and bubblier.
After everything was done, I could tell that it wasn’t a great job. But I thought I was being picky, maybe it was just the light, maybe they needed to dry more. Blah blah.
Come home, see my nails in different lights, and it’s almost comical how bad they look. As I’d predicted, thick, lumpy, and more air bubbles than I have ever seen. Every single nail, covered in air bubbles. Later on, while I’m changing clothes (mind you, my nails have been dry for 2+ hours now). all of the polish on my right middle finger slides, literally slides off my nail. Because clothes. I was shocked. My mouth actually fell open.
Anyway, that was it. Couldn’t keep the polish on any longer. I didn’t even want to leave it until the next day, to possibly go back and ask them to fix. After reading all the reviews with similar gross, air-​bubbly manis, I’d rather just eat the money I wasted and chalk it up to experience. Will not return.
2 stars because the staff was nice and my pedicure was OK. But it’s unacceptable to charge that much for such unprofessional results.
Seems like the majority of good reviews for this place are for gels. But if you’re looking for a good, old fashioned manicure. Look elsewhere.

Stopped by here today to get a mani-​pedi. Mostly, it was their «organic» statement that lured me here, along with the 5 star overall rating. .
CLASSIC SPA PEDICURE $ 35
You get to sit in a pretty comfortable lounge chair that tilts back and fits all the right curves. The nail technician proceeds to pour some nice smelling pink salt into the foot bucket (which is lined by plastic wrap). They have excellent hygiene (autoclave and sealed sanitized tools). I get the usual foot massage you get at any nail salon — quick and not deep tissue style. They also use a hot stone and warm lotion for the foot massage which is a nice touch. As the nail technician starts working on my cuticles, I asked her to please be careful because I recently had a bad experience at another salon where they cut/​filed one of my toenails too short and resulted in an ingrown toenail. She seemed to kind of understand (English) and nodded. However, on that very toe, she ended up nicking the same spot and it oozed just a tiny bit of blood — normally, not alarming, but in my case very alarming (as my last ingrown toenail caused me to visit the foot doctor which cost $ 100). I winced and she apologized and said she wouldn’t touch it again. The rest of the job was done nicely. However, after an hour or so I got home and thought it was completely dry — to my dismay, it was not. My toenail had brushed against something and smudged. I noticed that for both the manicure & pedicure they put too many layers of nail polish on, causing it to be quite thick and impossible to dry.
REGULAR MANICURE $ 20 + $ 5 FOR FRENCH TIPS
My french tips came out okay. I had to explain a few times to get the shape close to being what I usually want it to be, and even so, some nails turned out slightly more uneven. (My thumb, for example, was extremely slanted to the left). There were also a good amount of tiny air bubbles in the white tips — yes, small issues but hey, if I’m paying $ 25 for a manicure then aren’t these «small things» the stuff that matters? BUT — plus brownie points for the lady working on my fingernails because i was unaware of just how thick the layers were and messed up one of my thumbs while getting my wallet out (my bad) and she took the extra effort to fix it for me. Good customer service at least! Although, I have to mention, the fix was done poorly as well (you can see from my picture) that she tried to tack on some more polish which made it bumpy and almost 3D like. And after a shower, my left index finger chipped as well!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a manicure chip on the same day it was done.
OVERALL
Spent $ 60 pre-tip…to summarize:

Cons:
— Overpriced
— Thick layers of nail polish = impossible to dry
— Lots of small air bubbles in nail polish application

2.5 stars for not coming back. Rounded up to three for cleanliness and decent customer service.

Beauty Organic Spa is the the only place go if you want to be treated like King or Queen. The pedicures by Jennifer and the other ladies are fantastic and the ambience is so calming you will not want to your experience to end.
I also love my organic gels and SNS nails and only come here for my services. Believe me… I drive all the way from Santa Cruz for my services. Annie and her team are amazing.

Came here with a friend who visits Annie religiously every two weeks. The salon is super clean, comfortable and calming. I really like that she plays music and makes the ambiance more like a spa than your typical salon with the TV blaring.
Annie and her team provided great customer service and attention to detail, even keeping the salon open later for us so she could personally finish our manicures. It’s also awesome that it’s a woman-​owned business. Highly recommend!
