Big Ink Printing

These guys are awesome! Discovered them about a year ago when I needed datasheets for a trade show printed in a pinch and my previous printer’s machine was down. I’ve been using them ever since. I manage events for my company, and Big Ink has always been able to fulfill my last minute requests quickly (usually same day orders) and beautifully. Dion and the team help make this aspect of my job stress-​free!

I work with Big Ink Prints on a regular basis. They do printing for my business. Dion is a easy to work with and always comes through when I am in a tight bind. I visit a lot of different print shops due to my job and I was SO impressed by the quality of Big Ink Printing. I needed a fairly large print out done (11 by 14 to be exact) and no other print shops could get the color just right. I’ve needed to have something laminated for at least 6 months now but kept putting it off because I was too lazy to search for a local place to do it.
I happened to drive by Big Ink Printing and thought I’d stop in to see if they could help me. They helped me immediately!

I’ve worked with a lot of Printing Services but this is the first time I’ve ever been amazed with the service I was provided. Big Ink Printing is GREAT! I had a small order of 100 4“x6″ postcards that I needed in 3 days. I talked to Dion over the phone and he was able to give me a price and promised them to be done by the short deadline (btw the pricing on their website is up to date, just remember you need to add sales tax). I emailed the artwork over and Dion kept me up to date with the status of my order for the next few days.
The shopping plaza is under construction so when you visit them, don’t be afraid, they’re open! The store is very clean and organized as well. If you need an order done fast and with great results, Big Ink Printing is the place to go to! Thank you Dion and Big Ink Crew :)

I found Big Ink Printing on line using Unilocal. I was blown away not only with the quality of their work but with their customer service. They have done several print jobs for me and every time I am more than satisfied. From the moment you walk into their shop you know you are in good hands. Dion, Patrick and Shea are so helpful, friendly and professional. The shop is unique with its beautiful design showing how much pride they put into their business. I highly recommend this boutique of print shops convieniently located right off the freeway!

I had a last minute and complicated manual printing job that Dion and his team completed efficiently and beautifully. Dion caught a couple of typos in my print job, and I am SO appreciative of his great attention to detail. Furthermore, he asked me to come in to approve the proofs of the manual before they went to print, and I very much appreciated the frequent communication as well.
All in all, they did a beautiful and efficient job on my manuals, and I feel lucky to have found them! My company will be going to Dion and his team for all of our printing needs and I would DEFINITELY recommend them to a friend!

I can’t believe it is already time to re-​up my order of cards. Called Big Ink this morning, Dion was once again friendly and professional. Had my design still and everything, thank goodness because I of course lost it! And once again, prompt service. I will have it by the end of the week! Can’t beat that. Had a few window banners to print. Checked out 3 other stores and while their prices were acceptable they said they couldn’t give me proofs before printing (I wanted to make sure the quality is good before printing). Then I found Big Ink through Unilocal.Dion offered to print slices of the banner on the actual material so that I can check out the resolution and quality beforehand. He was on email communication with me making sure I approve the artwork and correct sizes of the banners. The finished banners look great! and they were ready for me to pick up when he said it would be. Also, Big Ink’s price was the best of all the 4 stores I checked out. Customer service was also great, I appreciated his install tips, they were so nice to pre-​tape the back of the banners to make them ready to install and helped me carry them to the car. Needless to say I’ll keep coming here for my printing needs, and for great quality, turn-​around time, price and customer service, you can’t ask for better. 5 stars!

I am a super particular, needy, high maintenance, control freak. Basically anyones favorite type of customer. I know what I want and I had a horrible experience at a different print shop who messed up the colors and finishes on what I thought would be an easy job, business cards and brochures that match. How hard is that?
I guess it’s pretty challenging actually because the guys at Big Ink informed me that what I wanted was not actually an easy job. They were patient and did not make me feel like a dum-​dum as they explained my job and why what I wanted was not easy or inexpensive. (it never is)
They then rushed my complicated order because I needed it yesterday. My cards are perfect and my brochures turned out better than I had originally hoped they would. I will be using Big Ink again.

I found this business on Unilocal after a catastrophic encounter with another bay area printer, whose bad quality printing left my company’s new business cards half-​finished. I’m so lucky I found Dion ! He completely went ABOVE and BEYOND in all aspects, helping us fix the original business cards, dropping off paper samples to our office, all while providing quick turn around, high quality, and extremely reasonable prices!
My boss was very particular at how he wanted the cards done, and Dion made every revision necessary with no complaint at all. My only regret is that I didn’t find Big Ink Printing before our encounter with our first printer.

Came here after having a not so great experience with another shop. (the owner was never even present let alone, the person helping me wasn’t knowledgable in compression files, etc.). I needed a brochure. My files were too compressed to produce a clean image. Dion saved the day when he told me to use the source file and everything will be fine. It was.
Dion was extremely knowledgable. He is not only a very friendly person, he is willing to share information that helps you make good decisions that end up with great results. I am a small business owner with ongoing printing needs, tradeshow requirements such as banners, etc. and wouldn’t look elsewhere at this point. I’ll be using him in the future. I own a small business and needed some quality business cards I could hand out to potential customers and current clients. Dion was amazing! He helped me rework the graphics so they fit correctly and lost nothing in the way of quality. The turn around time was impressive. When I picked the cards up I was amazed, they were beautiful.
