Established in 1991.

Blossom Valley Collision was founded in 2001 by San Jose native Nick Campos. Campos started in the auto body business in 1979 and had previously managed a large San Jose auto body shop that was affiliated with a prominent car dealer. Today, he works alongside of a team of dedicated shop managers, technicians, and estimators. All of Blossom Valley Collision technicians and estimators are I-​CAR/​Gold Class and ASE certified, which means they are fluent in the latest auto body repair technology and insurance claims procedures.

If I could only give negative stars I would. These guys are about as sleezy as you can get, considering the fact that I am an electromechanical engineer with an emphasis in reliability and failure in Plastics. I told them already what was needed to fatigue and impact damage on plastics and they still continue with wanting a repair instead of a replace. Unbelievablybad customer service so stay away. Do not touch with a ten foot pole.
Then when I told them that I was picking up the car they make Me wait over twenty minutes to close out paperwork while they are talking about the sharks and about other people’s parking.

BEWARE
If you are a woman needing a repair, walking in blind, they will deceive you. I crashed my car with a total of over $ 10,000. I suggested it be to totaled but John talked me into getting it repaired. Told me the engine is good and that it would be like new. It wasn’t. Not even close. Took over a month to repair and had to take it in twice due to them not having a part. (They blamed me for this because for 1 day I wavered in my decision to keep. They claimed on that day they sent to part back). Ok, next, as soon as I drive off lot first time I told them my alignment was off and they told me not to worry; they would fix when I came back in. At that time they told me I DID something to ruin alignment while I was driving. Won’t take responsibility. Also, my car was dented by a car parked next to it at their very crowded lot. Again, Would not fix! Bird poop ruined parts on roof. Again, blamed on me. «You bought it in this way!»
They knew I had no one to fight for me. So many wrong things they did. I wish they could have just been honest and not taken advantage of me. It was a devastating experience!

State Farm referred me to this shop… they towed my truck Wednesday and still waiting for State Farm agent to inspect the truck when I called today Friday to ask if inspection was done the owner Nick stated that he was told Friday or Monday State Farm would be out but that information was never given to me by either parties involved I was upset and Nick didn’t not like my voice raised and the questions I had, so he told me to find another shop and that he would tow back to my house

I was referred to this place through my insurance. I worked with John Mendoza. This is my first time going to a repair shop, and the entire experience was easy. I stopped in without making in an appointment, and without much wait, I had John look at my car and came up with an estimate. The 3-​way communication between John, my insurance and myself made things really simple. They both contacted me to keep me up to date.
John gave me a week estimate to get the repairs done. After exactly a week, they called me to pick up my car. After a short inspection, I didn’t see any problems, so I drove it home. Throughout the day, I noticed some flaws that I didn’t catch when I picked up the car, so I drove it back to show John the following day (without an appointment, and with little wait time). He listened and took the car back without question except, «Is there anything else?» Which was great!
After another week, I got my car back with everything I asked for fixed. They even called to double check on my satisfaction.
I was very pleased with Blossom Valley Collision.

Brought my 2010 Honda Civic in about 7 months ago, as advised by my insurance after my poor car suffered a total side swipe on the passengers side.
Matt checked it out and told me he’d have it back to me within 2 weeks. With this being my first car, I was extremely anxious about how the job would come out, but the guys here were extremely friendly and honest!
I mentioned to Matt that my bumper had been snapping off and missing a few clips ever since I bought it from the dealership.
When I picked it up this past Friday, I was absolutely impressed. The body work was SO well done. The paint was stunning, and their guarantee for the work as long as I own the car is VERY comforting.
Matt and the guys fixed my botched bumper and actually repainted it after noticing the crap job my dealership had done by painting the poor thing without any primer.
I got my car back in better shape than I left it, and my dad was so impressed, we definitely plan on coming back should we ever need any body work on our cars.
Excellent service, great people. Such a relief to find a body shop you can trust! :)

I cannot write a high enough review for Blossom Valley Collision. Words cannot express how grateful I am that my insurance company recommended them to fix my beautiful new Prius that was side swiped last weekend during a «hit and run» car accident. Not only was the service above and beyond, but the artistry of the repairs was breathtaking. The team welcomed me warmly, had an Enterprise associate bring me to their location for a rental car, and upon my return, they let me hang out to take photos of their impeccable work. I got very emotional when I saw my car being brought around, and had to give both guys a bear hug as the smallest token of my appreciation for all they did. As an employee of Lexus, I will not only refer my own guests to these gents, but also continue to bring my vehicle here if needed.

After about 4 months, the other party that caused the car accident accepted liability for all the damage to my MINI Cooper. I ended up choosing Blossom Valley Collision based on the Unilocal reviews. Thank goodness my Unilocalers didn’t let me down!
I arrived at BVC in the morning to drop off for repair & Tino was the one to help me through the whole process since I have never gotten a car fixed ever! Paperwork was a breeze & Tino explained everything I was signing. He would call me every other day to update me on the estimate, what stage my car repair is at & when I can get my car back.
I arrived back a week later to pick up my car & Tino brought my car back out front completely fixed like it was brand new! Not only was the dent/​paint damage repaired, they event cleaned my car’s floor of dirt. Tino took care of returning my rental car. I drove off happily, completely forgetting my phone charger in the rental. Tino kept it for me to pickup, so professional & helpful from start to finish!
Thanks to everyone at BVC for fixing my car! I’m so happy to have my car back :)

I usually work with Carlos and he has a very genuine nature about him. I just had some body work done on my car and they make the process as easy as possible. Simply put Blossom Valley is an excellent business. Great customer service and quality work. The staff are geniune and truly want to ensure that you are happy with their service. They will listen to your concerns and take in feedback to make sure you as a customer are satisfied. I have taken my car here for repairs several times due to different accidents. I am very please with the work and repair that was done on my car — looks and drives brand new! The staff definitely made sure I was taken care of. Overall the process was fast, efficient and stress free. Tyson was the service manager that helped me and he was great to work with. I will never take my car any where else.

I hate going to get my car fixed because I always feel like I am being cheated. I don’t know anything about cars, but all I knew was that I needed to get my car fixed as soon as possible.
My insurance company allowed me to pick any repair shops. After reading the reviews on Unilocal and asking my family and friends if they been here, I decided to take my car in. All I can say is thank you Unilocal!I am one very satisfied customer!
They have such great customer service. The person that help me was Tyson. Tyson was amazing and very thoughtful to my concerns. I told him exactly what I needed to be done and it was done! He was very friendly and seems very genuine. My car turned out better then new. The paint job was amazing, because the entire car had a uniform shade. The dents, the scratches, the front bumper were complete fixed. The best part is they put «V6» on my car when it is actually a V4. Who doesn’t want an upgrade! Overall, nicely done! I will definitely come back if I have any repairs needed.

I got into an accident recently and they estimated my car to be fixed in 2 weeks. I was amazed at how fast their service was. I got my car back 5 days earlier than I expected. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend this place. Tyson, the guy who helped me, was very nice and called me here and there to let me know how my car was doing in the shop. When they were fixing my car they had to remove some items from my trunk and they forgot to return it, but they didn’t throw it away and when I went back a week later I was surprised that they remembered me.
If my friends or family ever get into an accident I would recommend this place rather than what the shop my insurance company recommended.

Just got my car fixed Through insurance claim.
This was my second claim so Ive seen better.
They stated to call me with updates, I got one call the day before it was ready. I was told it would be ready in like 10 days it was ready in 9. I am a very patient person, so i wasn’t even worried about the time. I just wanted the car to look nice.
It was a decent job.

i went to this place to get my car fixed because of some damage on the rear end of my car. First of all, I tried this place out because it was AAA certified and had good reviews.
Dropped the car off on a monday. When i went to the place and got the estimate, they said my car will be done in 1 week. Also, the employee also told us that every tuesday and thursday, he would call us to give us updates on what was going on with car. — NEVER HAPPENED!!!
Tuesday passed and still no call. Thursday already and still no call. So I decided to call them up. So that thursday, they informed me that the car will not be done until THE WEEK AFTER… this is so upseting because they told us it would only take 1 week to fix but ended up with 2 weeks.
Still on the second week, no call on either tuesday, or thursday (as the employee have mentioned to call prior).
SO its time to pick up the car and told us that it will be ready at 3 p.m. So we get there at 3 and it is still NOT DONE. we ended up waiting and did not get the car until 4:30ish…
The car looked amazing and looked brand new. They polish nd buff and wash. the damaged part looked like it was never damaged in the first place.
GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR DONE IF YOU HAVE TIME AND PATIENCE AND CAN TAKE A LOT OF BS. FINISHED PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT THO. plus they gave me a $ 50 shell gift card. free gas!

This was the place recommended to me by my insurance company that was closest to my house. I was in a Hit-​and-​Run accident yesterday and when I called to report it to my insurance, they informed me to take it here the next morning which I appreciated.
Excellent service by Carlos who gave me an estimate for my car within 10 minutes and the location itself is clean and professional looking.
I would highly recommend them if you are in need of body work done on your car!
