Premium Cleaning includes a thorough vacuuming, cleaning solution is applied and while that dwells for 10 min we set up the equipment and do a steam extraction out. Pet Stains, Spill Stains and Traffic lane areas, our evaluated onsite with customer.

I was hesitant to give Blue Wave a chance, I’ve read some mixed review about the online.
Here is what I experienced:
Easy to get a quote with Blue Wave, I did a price check and they are definitely one of the cheaper carpet cleaning companies out there.
They arrived five minutes later from our scheduled time, I really don’t care about a difference of five minutes. If it was more like fifteen or twenty minutes late, then I might dock them a star.
The carpets took about two hours for them to clean; I have a medium sized house.
The results were actually pretty fantastic, with a few exceptions. There were still some spots that they were unable to clean. I was really hoping they would be able to remove those stains, but one of them is printer ink so I guess I’ll just have to replace that part of the carpet at a later time. Another small annoyance is the machine they used must have snagged a corner of the carpet and loosened it. This isn’t too big of a deal, but they never mentioned it to me at all and instead just tucked it back down onto the floor.
Affordability and good service is what you can expect with these guys, not perfect but still a great company.

I compared price quite a bit and this has always been the best deal. Very, very happy with results and the cleaner was very professional. I am very surprised to read the other review, totally opposite from what I experienced.

We had a completely different experience with Blue Wave. they were honest about what stains they could and could not take care of. Pricing was about 25 cents a foot but our carpets came out cleaner than anyone else could do for us and they were dry by that evening. The stains were gone, the pet stains were out and deodorized, the house smells better
It does take more to clean a traffic lane. Nothing we tried could clean it. No pro carpet cleaner can clean it without special solutions. Our traffic lanes got really bad from the previous owners. After Blue Wave, they are as clean as the rest of the carpet. A little extra for the traffic lane was worth it, in our minds.
The upholstery Blue Wave cleaned came out like new. One chair was so dirty the light colored fabric was nearly black in some places. After cleaning, it came out with an even, bright color.
Blue Wave has cleaned our carpets twice now, and both times we were happy with their work. We don’t trust anyone else with our carpets — it’s Blue Wave or no one.

I had a very poor experience with Bluewave. They are inconsistent and dishonest. When the cleaner arrived at my home:
1) He required an additional fee of $ 35 for «traffic lane cleaning» that was NOT revealed when I received a quote over the phone. He insisted that a special cleaning solution had to be used for parts of the carpet where there was foot traffic. (Please note, we do not wear shoes in the house so the carpet is not filthy). I told him that it was fine with me if he would just do the regular carpet cleaning without adding this special cleaning solution but he refused.
2) The quote I received over the phone was for 3 rooms. On the day of cleaning, I asked how much it would cost to add in a small hallway (less than 10 sq ft). He said it would cost $ 10, rather randomly. That’s more than $ 1 per square feet! (typical cost is $ 0.20 or so per sq ft).
I would never recommend Bluewave to anyone. There are many other carpet cleaners out there that can do the very same job for you!
