All these nice reviews. Not the experience we had. The owner is nice to pets but very mean to owners. Very judgmental and thinks too much of herself. Made us worry a lot when we were far away from our kitty with her emails. After care was over, posted some stuff on her facebook about our pet that was not entirely true

Love Lucile and her tender love and attention that goes towards my fur kids. She is professional, caring, and trustworthy. She sends me daily updates via text so I never have to worry. If you are lucky enough to be in Bonjour Pet Sitting’s service area, you are lucky indeed!

Lucile took great care of my dog while I was away for my family vacation. She was nice and friendly. You can tell she truly loves animals :) She sent me update every time she walked my dog. I highly recommend Lucile’s petsitting.

Lucile recently watched our cats, Alex and Zoe, for a week. We could not be happier with the service Lucile provided. She sent daily pictures of our cats playing and cuddling. One of our cats is very skittish, but Lucile somehow charmed Zoe to the point where she could cuddle her. Lucile is a cat whisperer! It really helped us enjoy our vacation knowing our kitties were safe and getting some play time. Do not hesitate to contact Lucile to watch your pets!

Lucile has been our pet nanny for a year and a half, and our furry kids absolutely L-​O-​V-​E her (so do we!)! When we adopted our puppy last year, there were a few days a week where needed someone to stop by our house several times a day for potty breaks and puppy play time. We had never used a pet sitter before and were hesitant, but after meeting Lucile, I knew our dogs were in loving, capable hands. Though our pup is now a dog and can be left home alone, we have kept our weekly visits with Lucile because both our dogs have such a good time when she visits (the puppy rushes to the door and whines with excitement when she hears Lucile’s car pull up).
Lucile is professional, has great communication, and makes scheduling and booking a breeze. Her care for all living critters is evident! The cherry on top? The pictures of my happy, worn-​out pets that I get in an email in the middle of the day!

We had never used a pet sitter before Lucile. I’m never boarding my animals again. She is professional and a cat whisperer. My animals were safe, comfortable in their home and well taken care of. She checked in daily with photos and i felt at ease knowing everything was ok at home. Plain and simple, she’s great.

Lucile is the best! We sent our bunny to her during Christmas holiday while we travelled overseas. She sent us a detailed email with picture of our bunny everyday, and treated my bunny like her pet with full attention and love.
Our bunny had skin condition when she stayed at Lucile’s house; Lucile watched her condition closely and even contacted our vet to express her concerns. Because our bunny was in such good hands, we could enjoy our vacation without worrying too much.
Today I received Lucile’s email greetings. What a sweet girl! I will use her service again and highly recommend to everyone!

Lucile took great care of my cat Reggie while I was on vacation. He is 15 and needs to be medicated daily. She sent me texts and pictures daily, and even bought him a new toy. I had great peace of mind and I definitely will use Bonjour Pet Sitting again!

We had the pleasure of using Bonjour Pet Sitting for both our cats. Her love for animals shows immediately and the cats enjoy having her around. I love the pics she takes while you are gone, it gives it an extra little touch to going above and beyond. I highly recommend Bonjour Pet Sitting!

Lucile is amazing! We normally had our neighbor look after our bunny Penny when we go out of town but unfortunately she moved. We were in desperate need of finding somewhere to take Penny but no pet hotels were willing. The vets offices would take her but they told us that she would be kept in her cage the whole time. Then, while checking on our cat’s reservation at a pet hotel, my husband saw a car with a sign on it saying «Bonjour Pet Sitting — Services catered to you!». He gave me the phone number and I cautiously dialed. I was so used to hearing the word «no» or even worried that the person on the other end wouldn’t be «the right person» for our baby bunny. But I left a message and hoped for the best.
About an hour later the phone rang. When I answered it I heard a delightful voice on the other end that said YES I will take a bunny, 2 if you have them. :D I was so happy! She was so professional and delightful. We exchanged phone calls a few times before we scheduled a meet and greet where Penny was a bit shy. Lucile played with her and got to know her and we were instantly satisfied.
A few days later it was go time. We dropped Penny off early on a Friday morning and hit the road. I had bought Penny’s favorite snack but forgot it at home. Lucile went out of her way to make sure Penny had her favorite snack and more!
During our vacation it was such a great thing to have my phone bleep and see pictures of Penny and updates on her stay. I can’t express how much this meant to us, seeing her happy and playful and giving her new friend Lucile kisses!!!

Lucile was recommended to us by a friend, and we are extremely pleased with the care she provided to our cat and dog while we were away on vacation. Lucile is clearly passionate about taking care of animals, and her love for animals is evident in the way she interacts with them from the very first time she meets them.
I was very impressed with Lucile’s professionalism and warmth, as well as her commitment to our pets over the course of the petsitting. She visited our pets twice a day, sometimes staying longer to get some extra play time in or give them precious one-​on-​one time. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a daily basis, and provided our beloved pets with the attention they needed. She walked our dog twice daily, and always made sure she was tired and happy! She also emailed us and sent photos daily to update us on the visits. She was always proactive with any issues that came up, and even offered to go out and buy cat food when it was running low. In addition to taking wonderful care of our pets, she brought in the mail/​packages and varied the lights.
Upon our return home, we found our pets happy and somehow looking better than they had when we left on vacation! We’re convinced that our dog even seemed a bit disappointed to see us and not her beloved Lucile, who took her for wonderful walks and gave her so much loving attention during the time we were away from home. Our pets are both looking forward to seeing her again soon! We highly recommend Lucile for any of your petsitting needs.

Lucile took great care of my cat Murphy while I was recently away for a week. The scheduling and booking process was very professional and well organized, and I was really pleased with Lucile’s attentiveness and enthusiasm during the petsitting.
She came to the house every day to visit Murphy and also brought in the mail and varied the lights and curtains, and sent terrific daily email updates with photos.
During the last couple of days Murphy seemed to have stopped eating and Lucile was very proactive with noticing this and discussing the details. It turned out he had a tooth/​mouth problem that’s now resolved; Lucile’s extra attention to this helped me be very informed about his behavior when I took him to the vet.
I’m very happy to have found Lucile to petsit Murphy. I feel reassured traveling and Murphy is looking forward to her next visits!
