Business & Escrow Service Center

Being in the real estate field, I’ve been working with Business and Escrow, specifically with Curtis and his wonderful team (Ashley, My-​Hanh), for the last few years. This review is long overdue. We all know, not all real estate transactions go smoothly. That’s why I am more than thankful for having Business and Escrow in my corner. They are professional, smart, fast and do everything with a smile and with a great attitude. I’ve have yet to see Ashley upset or stressed out no matter how bad the situation is and with this personality to work with, it helps me get through any problem. She is wonderful at her job and at least it seems to me, enjoys it. Thanks for all you do Ashley. My-​Hanh is also a pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and polite and knows what she is doing. Between the both of them, I have yet to be disappointed.
Curtis has assisted with many of my deals and with client after client, had only wonderful feedback as he does what he promises, problem solves and sometimes I think he is psychic as he see the problems before they materialize. I can essentially go on and on about how great they are but until you have the opportunity to work with them or the other awesome team members, you will then understand what a great company with fantastic people Business and Escrow Service Centers is made of.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. I would not recommend this escrow company to anyone. They have terrible communication skills and dropped the ball on a transaction of mine.

Horrible people. RUDE. Susan ignored my calls and emails, MESSED UP on the escrow paperwork (Isn’t it her job to get it right??) and only corrected once I told her. After that, she never answered my emails and avoided me at all cost. I had to go to their office to get her to talk to me and she STILL avoided me! Talked to her boss, Pamela, and same story! They deserve each other. If anyone else has a bad experience, GO to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and complain!!! I paid $ 650 to be treated like garbage.

It’s times like this I wish there were negative stars. The absolute disregard for their clients borders on hatred. How they remain in business is a complete mystery. A cocky little shit they have employed there named Curtis is a perfect example. He is one of the most disrespectful and arrogant people with whom I have ever had the displeasure of interacting. How he remains employed in a SERVICE industry boggles my mind. The owner/​president Pam must perpetually be «out to lunch.»
In other words AVOID THIS COMPANY like the PLAGUE! There are other games in town that will actually see your business as something to earn, not be annoyed with.

I was very angry with this company. Bad service!!! Bad service!!! Bad service!!! I couldn’t find a better word to describe it.
