I just signed up for this company’s Paycheck Manager software, and I’m very, very happy. I will review it again in a month or two when I’ve used it a big more. But here’s my story. Just opened a business and looking at payroll options, Paycheck Manager was one of the first to come up on Google. I made an account, and did a mock pay-​check… I was having trouble with a minor setting — so I called in to the customer support. Gentlemen answer and was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Showed me that I could click on a field which I had not noticed, and that quickly solved my issue. We talked for another 20 or 25 minutes about my company’s taxes, and the guy was just incredibly knowledgeable… At the end of the call I told him everything was great, but «how do I know that I can trust you» — he showed me that they are registered with the IRS, and that they’ve been in business for 16 years.
At the end of the call I found out I was talking to Mr. Chen — the head of the company and thought, «wow, if the head of the company has half an hour to spend with a customer then that’s the type of company I want to deal with.
