Awesome service, staff is friendly and the food taste good for what it is. This place is also open 24 hours. Huge bonus for those late night cravings.

I love this Carl’s Jr! On top of it being 24 hrs, it’s awesome! Every time we come here, no matter if it’s 2am we have awesome service by the guy working at night. All of our food is always fresh. That’s why we keep coming back!

The roommate eats dinner late in SJ because he works at a restaurant. Since I was running around all day on Friday, September 25th, we grabbed dinner together. It was around 10pm and we used the drive through. I believe it’s open 24 hours. I got a Famous star with cheese, Crisscut fries and a Diet coke. I rarely eat fast food on my own, so being in SJ typically means a late night food run when eating with the roommate. There aren’t many Carl’s Jr’s by my place in SF, so this was a treat. I ate my whole burger sans bun. Realized I probably should have gotten it protein style or low carb or whatever they call it here, but it was a decent burger. Meatier than the burgers at other fast food joints. The drive through was pretty packed, but it went by quickly. Probably about 8 mins from the time we got in line until we got our food. I don’t expect much from fast food except for speed and consistency. This location delivered in both areas, so no complaints.

The burgers are yummy here, but… The ice tea smells and tastes like microbes are swimming around in it! It smells sewerish because the little bacteria are happily popping away in it. You guys need to clean your ice tea container on a regular basis. It won’t hurt you but it begins developing mother amino strands(the beginnings of life) and you can actually suck up slimy mucous like strands(lumps) if let it go long enough. I’ve complained about this in the past to you. My kids were in elementary school, they’re in college now! Unfortunately years later it still tastes like you do not clean your ice tea dispensers often enough. Chef L The best ice tea around that I’ve found in the evergreen area is: Evergreen Coffee Company(bomb ice tea so fresh) and LK Tea and Grill!

This place gave me food poisoning. I don’t recommend going at night. I guess that’s when they care about peoples health.

An All Natural burger, containing, according to adds, no hormones nor pesticide and being made of meat from grass fed cattle. Just had a bite of one and I rather liked it. The taste was almost comparable to an In & Out burger. I loos a bit if my appetite though, when I think of what is in those Non Natural burgers.

Came here simply because I had a coupon and it’s the closest location to me. I think the manager rang me up, according to the receipt her name is Reina. She was extremely impatient and quite rude. She rushed me when I was the only one in line. They also have pretty slow service

DISGUSTING I ordered a burger at the drive thru and the man took 5 minutes just to say a word to us. The man forgot our order and we had to reorder everything all over again. Then 5 minutes after receiving our food we took out our burger. After we asked for NOCHEESE there was cheese in our burger. The person taking our order even confirmed no cheese. If that wasn’t bad enough our burger was COLD. Not even slightly warm it was as cold as the concrete floor. TERRIBLESERVICE&TERRIBLEFOOD!

I only came because I was in a hurry. To my dismay, the drive thru lady was abysmal. She cut me off halfway through my order, refused to correct it once realized her mistake, denying me a combination meal which could have saved me a bit of money. She said they did not have the combo available for a certain item, then charged me for another which was available for a combo. She charged each item separately, ultimately costing me 19 dollars for 2 medium drinks, a 9 piece chicken nugget box, onion rings and a sweet potato fry. The manager refused to see us after we flagged him, prompting the horrendous drive through lady to move us along and not hold up the line. Poor management and poor staffing make for a bad combination at this once praised restaurant. If you are in the area, consider anywhere else for a better fast food experience.

This is one of worst ones. Picked up chicken burgers, chicken was colder than the bread. It tasted like it was just taken out of refrigerator and served without heating. Last time I remember they actually cook the meat in the restaurants not in the factory like other fast food joints. I will go back in 3 months to see if any improvements after getting bad reviews, else…

This Carl’s Jr has been here for years! Since I was young and I come here with my own children now! I’ve gone in a few times and it’s pretty clean on the inside and the workers are nice. I mostly go thru the drive thru and they haven’t messed up my order yet and the drive thru workers are always nice and pleasant. I always order their low carb burger and I think they taste really great!

I come here pretty often since I live nearby and it’s open late. Although the food is average, I’m giving two stars because of my most recent visit. I ordered through the drive thru and even though I only ordered one combo and a chicken salad, they messed up on the order and gave us the wrong burger. Also, the chicken salad had a thin layer of spring mix on top and the rest of it was iceberg lettuce. It was obvious that they were trying to fool their customers and skimp out on the greens I ASSUMED would be on it.

Pro: Drive-thru is open 24hrs Con: Parking lot is a little weird if you’re not familiar with the venue. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Not much to say other than it’s fast-food. Haven’t had any problems with the food that I’ve ordered to date. Thankfully seems to run like any other Carl’s Jr from the few I’ve been to. The only thing I suppose that stands out at this particular Carl’s Jr is the oddity that is the parking lot. The actual parking stalls are more off to the side of the restaurant… but the(I think) the employees generally park along the curb in front of the store where no stalls are marked. That particular area looks more like it’s open for people to drive through.

It is a sad time indeed for this location. The manager is clueless and the cooks cant get the orders right. I went here the other day and ordered a #1 with cheese. My meal came out without cheese. I polity brought it to the counter and said they forgot the cheese. 5 minutes later theanager brings it back to me stone cold. The cheese was not even melted I asked if I could get a warm burger with melted cheese. Another few minutes pass and I receive my burger back. The burger was then put in a microwave for several minutes lettuce and all. I will not be going back till the manager is replaced. Sad I grew up eating at this location.

Quality and portion-sizing went down compared to how it used to be. I still get the Jalapeño Six-Dollar Burger, but it’s a bit smaller and not as filling compared to when it first came out. The same things goes with the portion of Criss-cut fries… they used to give a lot, but now it seems like 6 – 7 big pieces and that’s it. Other than that the service here is okay. Your usual fast-food service… quick and done.

Cold fries, sloppily made burger and sketchy dark lot deserve 2 stars. Decided to grab a burger and fries via drive– thru on the way home from the East Bay to suppress my hunger. Ordered large fries and their Classic Cheeseburger– it’s name I’ve entirely forgotten because it was lacking. Got the food way too quickly, but checked my bag and hey– no missing food so I headed home. Now, if you’re any bit human or not OCD about cleanliness in your car you already know the first thing you do when there’s a bag of fries in your car is to eat them whilst driving. To my surprise as I popped a few in my mouth, it was lukewarm and tasted stale. No crunch, crisp or warm … gross. The burger was sloppily made, buns thrown on this so called burger with half a pickle and random slices of lettuce. Took a couple bites and gave up. A good reminder not to come here anymore or at least demand for fresh fries if I were ever so desperate. P. S. This area looks so sketchy at night, they need more lights in their lot.

It’s a fast food restaurant. Big deal. :) I’ve only ordered food to go in the middle of the night by drive-thru, and it’s usually just an order of chili cheese fries. I mean i can really rate them on it, It’s quick, as there’s usually no lines at night.(1am) I’ve always ordered a shake, when they had the orange shake :) delicious, but right now it’s the oreo shakes, and it’s also hand-scooped ice cream going in the milkshake. I usually don’t order a meal for myself, but I would order a meal for Andrew, he seems to like his star cut nuggets and fries just fine. The size of a small fries is like the amount you would get as a medium fries order at McD. No lie, when Andrew had an order of small fries I thought it was too much for a little kid. I have had their chocolate chip cookies :) It’s soft, I don’t know if it’s fresh or pre-made, it’s still pretty yummie. Playground for the children has mats everywhere, it’s safe, although with multiple children running around, someone is bound to get hurt. It’s nice to still have a playground around for children to play, most fast food chains got rid of theirs. But the punching bags in their was kinda funny to me, because some of the kids looks smaller than the bags itself.

No one competes with the six dollar burgers here. These burgers are monsters and delicious. The biggest complaint I ever heard was that the burger is too sloppy, but who wants a dry burger with nothing dripping off it, not me. Plus this place is open all hours of the night so when the craving hits they are here for you. All in all I recommend this place for a fat juicy burger for a dry burger price.

This is my favorite Carl’s Jr. I see a lot of mixed reviews but I’ve always had good service and fresh food at this location. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is my usual sandwich. The chicken stars area fried fresh here and are usually steaming hot when I get them. The line can get pretty long during the dinner rush but it’s does move pretty fast. If had to get fastfood, I’d go here over the two mcdonalds and wendys nearby. In N Out is about 2 miles away but Carl’s location is more convenient… If you have the Entertainment book, don’t forget about the buy one get one free coupons!
